Every time we come, we are greeted with smiling faces. The Hibachi chef always makes our two littles giggle and smile with excitement. Food is phenomenal, we’ve never had anything we didn’t love. Steven is such a kind Hibachi chef, he gives our 2 littles their own balloon animal headbands. And they look forward to seeing him every time! Highly recommend!!

My husbands birthday was yesterday and he loves hibachi. I made reservations a week in advance and it was no problem for them which was great. Food is delicious! We did have a issue during the service but the manager called apologized and invited us back and made it right.

We went on valentine’s day, which was probably our first mistake. Everyone was friendly just super busy. Our medium rare steaks had no pink to them what so ever and unfortunately everything was cold but the rice and I requested chicken fried but we received their standard rice dish. And to top it all off, it was all cold, the rice was the warmest thing on the plate and it was just that, warm. Granted it was a sweetheart Holiday, the place was so crowded we sat at the bar which had no bar tender (the waiters and waitresses were mixing their guests drinks by reading off a recipe card). So needless to say, I didn’t order a drink even though I would have loved one. We’re from out of town and was craving hibachi that’s all, wished it had been better.

Dragon roll was delicious! We got a combination hibachi dish; chicken, scallops, and steak. The sauce was delicious and the food was freshly prepared with fresh vegetables (squash, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, etc). Hot green tea was very good. I love that we can go somewhere local and eat fresh healthy food!

I’ll be honest, food is great.

However tonight, after two years of loving this place, my family has just been made aware that at least one of the hostesses is likely racist.

First time ever, our credit card wouldn’t work. Not their fault, that’s on us. We offered to leave our IDs, she claimed it was illegal to do so for “safety reasons”. She claimed she needed pictures of the IDs, one of our phones, and a picture of our license plate. She was denied only the phone and decided to call the police, who made her aware it is 100% NOT illegal to take IDs and simply took down our information.

If you don’t mind potentially supporting racists, food’s great. Outside of this, the restaurant is beautiful and very comfortable. We cannot wait to pay you tomorrow, like we already intended to, and never come back.

BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE BEWARE
Have been coming to this place for years with many different friends and family. I travel 40 minutes from Dayton as it’s my favorite hibachi. We have paid every tab faithfully and tipped as well. Today, New Years Day, my boyfriend hasn’t been paid yet (it’s a holiday so it’s delayed) and his credit card just wont go through. We ask to pay tomorrow as he will be paid and we wont have to try to rely on the credit card, but due to “past experiences” (not with us btw. Other patrons) they refuse to let us. We offer to leave an ID as collateral and are promptly informed that it’s “illegal” for them to do so as a restaurant. A short phone call with her manager and she informs us that they will let us go if we leave an ID, phone, and they take a picture of our license plate. I find it absolutely unreasonable that they want to hold our phone(s) considering just a moment ago it was illegal to just have our ID. But with the phone it’s okay? I point this contradiction out to her and she herself is unsure why she lied about its legality and decides to just call the police on us. Us, patrons of over 3 years and she knows this. I tell her to go ahead and waste a cop’s time when all they’re going to do is take our ID information like I was already offering to them. And wouldn’t you believe it, the cops are shocked to hear she wouldnt take our ID and told her that was exactly what information he was taking down from us. I cant help but feel this is racially targeted as this area RARELY sees POC other than asians. Really loved this place but I can’t believe they called the cops on us after one card malfunction.

We have taken our daughter here for her birthday for the past 2 years. Both times have been absolutely great. They sing happy birthday and make a big to do which my daughter loves. Food is excellent and priced well.

Its a mini mall hibachi joint in Lebanon but you couldn’t ask for more enthusiastic chefs and good quality food cooked right in front of you. Your mother probably told you not to play with your food but Toki is a great exception to that rule. Good for groups up to 18 at a table, more manageable would be 10. Easy access off route 48.

Greeters were friendly. Drink orders and menus were provided promptly. Hibachi chef was friendly and engaging, but his show was weak!
The fried rice was good. I had the steak and shrimp, and both were overcooked.
The serving of vegetables was so small, I thought it was a joke!
After complaining about it, I was brought more. Great service in that regard. At the completion of the Chefs work, he got no applause from our group and only one of four from the other group. We would not recommend this place for a Hibachi experience.

Wow. So much good food for $30/person. Cooked fresh in front of you. Salad soup included. Started with pot stickers and a Lebanon Roll of sushi. Then loved the steak scallops (big ones) and chicken hibachi with vegetable rice! Great for birthdays! They have a unique surprise + dessert for the bday person.
