This spot deserves way more attention. I know the location, tucked on a tricky corner near the intersection, might make it easy to overlook, but it’s honestly a hidden gem. The interior is beautiful, the food is consistently impressive, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, whether you’re dining in or grabbing a seat at the bar.
The owner truly stands out. She’s warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the place, always present, chatting with guests, and making sure everything is just right.
I’ve sampled a few items from the menu, and everything has been excellent. Some might say the portions are on the smaller side, but in my opinion, they’re just right, satisfying without being over the top. Tonight, I had the burger with spinach and artichoke dip. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the wedges were perfectly crisp.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. This place deserves the love!

I had an amazing dinner and awesome drinks. The drinks are very large and affordably priced. Food portions are generous. They also have music every other Wednesday. The musician was very entertaining. Have to check this place out even if it’s just for drinks as they have a great bar area.

Service is prompt and attentive. Food is overall fresh and clean, but lacks a lot of variety. What they do, they do well.they have a baby Grand in there and apparently have live music on Mondays. Overall I think it’s good food, small but good selection of beers, and friendly wait staff. Could do with more vegetarian options and better drink list though Although this might just be teething troubles and I hope the owners take heed of these! The bread pudding is delicious and a definite must have! I have posted pictures of the menu in the pictures as their website is still under construction.

Nice surprise – stumbled upon Tokenfire on a slow Sunday afternoon/evening. Incredible atmosphere, cozy and comfortable, live band who looked like they enjoyed life. Food was good, would come again. Drinks were cold- try the beach bum beer in the summer. Refreshing.

The atmosphere was soothing and friendly. The service was spectacular. The food was even better than the atmosphere and the service. We will return often.

Have been wondering when this place would reopen, glad to say it is back! Great food and lots of draft options, including Guinness and many common New England craft brews (Maine Beer Co, Mighty Squirrel, etc). For food, had a burger, flatbread, and some appetizers, and all were really well executed. For me, it’s priced about right, certainly competitive with others in the area.
Came in right at opening time on a Sunday afternoon, was quiet but a number of people were by the bar. Still in the early stages of reopening it seemed. Looks like the space was nicely redone, but never saw the older iteration. Couple TVs showing sporting events against the bar. All staff members, especially our bartender/server, were very attentive and making sure we had a great meal. Should absolutely be part of the Quincy Center restaurant rotation with Townshend, Fuji, and others.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and loved it! 18 beers on tap! I had the chicken parm and it was delicious. Great sauce, huge portion – I ate the whole thing! My husband had Shepards pie and it was also delicious with ground lamb. The owner Rita was sweet and the bartender Aaron was welcoming, fun and kind! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing dinner at Tokenfire tonight! This cozy Irish pub is truly a hidden gem—welcoming, unpretentious, and serving up an inventive menu that goes beyond the usual pub fare. While the cod and shepherd’s pie were both delicious and generously portioned, the real star of the night was the Bolognese—absolutely incredible!
The friendly service and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a low-key yet delicious family dinner. Even on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn’t too crowded, and the prices (especially for drinks) were surprisingly affordable for Quincy. We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely be back!

Tokenfire is like taking a step into a memory. Live piano on Friday nights, attentive service and incredible care to drinks and food. Be prepared for a Ratatouille moment dining or drinking here. I would recommend this place to all of my loved ones.
