Delicious good forgot to take a pic. Had toko tacos for taco Tuesday. I chose chicken. They were so yummy they come with this bong bong sauce that’s really good. Also had a pineapple margarita that was really good. Service was excellent. Definitely will be back.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night and the food was great. We got the fried cauliflower and spring rolls for an appetizer. Delicious. For dinner I had the rice bowl with bong bong shrimp. Amazing. That bong bong sauce is everything. Our server Mandi was so sweet and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!!

I ordered a large order through door dash for pickup. I was told 45 min, arrived on time and was told it wasn’t ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. It was more like 30 minutes. I did however expect it to be delayed because it was Saturday on their 2nd week open. The Pho soup was good. The pad thai was missing flavor, I didn’t taste any lime and there were no peanuts on it. The chicken was also dyed pink which was very off putting, not sure who thought pink chicken was a good idea. The truffle fries barely tasted of truffle. The kids dank chicken nuggets had literally no flavor. My two kids didn’t eat theirs, I gave it a taste had it had no flavor. No salt. Not sure how you can make tasteless chicken nugget but they succeed. The Thai basil shrimp was very good, the best dish we had. Unsure if I would recommend this place at this time, maybe I’ll try again in a few months.

We have dined at TokaBocca three times now. Each time we have been impressed with the quality of the food and the service. So many delicious options it’s hard to choose. We asked the hostess her favorites and tried those first. She was not wrong! The TokaBocca chicken is the first menu item – and it definitely deserves the #1 spot! We will order this every time we dine there. The freshness, consistency and variety of the menu will have us coming back over and over again.

We’ve been to many restaurants in many areas and I can definitely say this is my favorite place, for several reasons. The food is always top notch. Menu is diverse so something for everyone and there’s always something new to try. I love the sharing menu, there are so many things we love so you can try the new dish and still get your favorites. Service is great, all staff are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere just screams fun. The colors, the artwork and the music create such a fun vibe. Just a few pics from our very pleasurable visits to TokaBocca.

What a unique place. The food is very good and fresh. Large menu with unique options. We will definitely be regulars here. We both Had “joints” aka Burrito’s Pork Belly and Paul Bunyan which is mac n cheese and pulled pork. Full of flavor and fresh ingredients.

Bartender/Waitress was awesome. Probably some of the best service I’ve had in the area – period. Also some of the best food I’ve had in herkimer. The whole weed theme is fun and chill, clean restaurant. Fish was fried to perfection, drinks are pretty good value could go without the hard candy innit. Happy with stopping here

My new favorite place to eat! We did take out a few times then sat in for a brunch. They are kid friendly and the kids loved the pancakes! I haven’t ordered anything that wasn’t completely delicious!!! I honestly crave their food every day. I also love that they have weekly specials.

Probably the worst restaurant meal we have ever had. Stay away.
Started out ordering drinks. Sorry our cooler broke so we have no tap water. Only bottled water. Bottled beer was warm when served. Little or no mixed drinks. Waitress has to try to be a bartender too and said she really didn’t know how. Much of their liquor had been drunk by the drunken group that was there last night according to the waitress. She said they would drink and eat anything last night.
No mozzarella for appetizers as the drunken group last night would eat anything. A few entrees were not available. The three burgers we ordered were all overcooked. The medium rare one was well done.
The mac and cheese had hair in it.
None of the desserts were available to order.
Waitress routinely spilled drinks as she walked across the floor.
A young child sat in one of the bathrooms watching a video while on the toilet for as long as we were there without locking the door. I assume probably related to the waitress or the chef..
Not once did the waitress apologize for food that had to be sent back or hair in the food or for the lack of entrees, appetizers, drinks and desserts available.
Can’t get much worse than this.

This place has really good food, its freshly prepared and packed with tons of flavor. They have old school values, and very friendly excellent service. Although, i feel that if you were to be rude or disrespectful to their waitstaff, they would have no problems telling you to gto – which i can appreciate. Otherwise they treat you like part of the family. I cant ever decide what i want so i ordered four different things, and my brother ordered two different items. Altogether we tried the godzilla roll, and spicy tuna roll – the godzilla roll was a favorite but they were both good. “Bong bong” shrimp appetizer – amazing. Medium sized fried shrimp tasted so fresh, covered in bong bong sauce served over slaw (this slaw was the best, i want a side of it next time) And the i want the shrimp as an entree haha. We also had the “I’m fried” chicken sandwich – moist chicken with a very delicate flavorful breading with a tiny bit of kick. And the “In the end” pork belly sandwich with the pickled vegetables on top. The only con i have with that is that there wasn’t more pickled vegetables on top of the pork belly. But I’d definitely get that sandwich again. We got another sandwich, but we were so full from trying each other’s sandwiches and the sushi that we had to take it home with us.
What a great experience though loved the decor of the restaurant, and everyone was just so dang friendly. We will definitely be back and I heard they’re opening up another spot in new Hartford and we also wanna head out to old Forge and do a dinner and movie night so we’ll definitely be hitting that up. Thank you for the good food and the good atmosphere and sharing your cake and celebrating your birthday with us! cold weather january babies gotta stick together haha
