I ordered the Valentine’s bakery set and, as always, Annie’s bake did not disappoint! Everything looked so cute and tasted just as amazing. My personal favorites were the Strawberry & Cream Mochi and the Bow Croissant with strawberry cream filling. Pickup was quick and seamless. Highly recommend!

Wife showed me a bunch of reels for salt bread, which is supposed to be dough wrapped around a stick of butter. Bottom is supposed to be crispy and the top is supposed to be fluffy.
The pastry is super cute, but also the feet were not chocolate but my wife said that was obvious (???) so we’re not docking stars for that.
Idk what it was supposed to taste like but what we got from Toimoi’s booth at a clothes swap in Union Market just tasted like bland, slightly stale bread, and at $7 – would not recommend.

I purchased pandan butter mochi, mushroom croissant, Portuguese egg custard tart and cherry blossom moon from DuPont farmers market – I stood in line for @ least 20 minutes or more. The staff were very friendly and super enthusiastic. The variety of flavors were plentiful. However, the items appeared to have been made days before and so I was disappointed, because everything was cold and dry (no moisture) expect the butter mochi. Probably best to travel out to Virginia to taste the pastry fresh.

I love this little shopping enclave. I am a regular at River Sea Chocolates and Dani’s Granola. Now I’m adding ToiMoi to the list! I tried their filled croissant today. I’ve never tasted such a fresh and flaky croissant before. Mine had a passion fruit mango cream filling. Light and not too sweet. It was perfect, I’m having it with a cup of tea. We also got the croissant with cookie dough. I’m waiting for my son to try it. The owner is bubbly and enthusiastic, it was great to talk with her.

The pastry from Toi Moi never let me down, they are my must have food at the farmer’s market. I finally got the supreme croissants and they were just as good as I expected, lots of fillings and tasted so good! Highly recommended the moon cakes, they were the best I had during my 5 years living in the states!

I have been to the farmers market a number of times and it’s always a good time.
I have also been to the ToiMoi stand been twice during the farmers market on Sundays and have had great experiences both times! I have gotten 6 or 7 different things and have loved them all. Everything is really fresh and so tasty. I love their pistachio/chocolate croissants and all of their strawberry flavored items. You must stop by if you’re here at the farmers market!
I also got some flowers, micro greens, and some other stacks. I love going!

I was hesitant at first cus I’m very picky with my pastry but as soon as I tried it for the first time i turned it into my Sunday routine before work. The staff are very kind, friendly and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I highly recommend the Ube/taro croissant or the pandan but the egg tarts are amazing as well!

Oh…the social media hype ….finally grabbed a couple of their supreme croissants and Kouign Amann today…the flavored sweet cream was not too sweet. Has good matcha flavor and ube favor, croissant was sufficiently flaky, but rather dense. Nothing too spectacular for an almost 10$ treat…glad I got to try it…definitely wonderful idea and their dessert is a novelty. I’m still a traditionalist who prefers warm, flaky butter croissant after this experience.

Finally got my hand on some of these delicious croissants. I’ve tried preordering before but they sell out too quickly. I showed up at the mosaic district farmers market when it opened at 9am and there was already a long line. The line was quick though and efficient! I ordered ube cream ultimate croissant, maple pecan, and passionfruit mango mochi croissant. The Ube and passionfruit mango were absolutely delicious. Light pastry cream with mild undertones of each flavor. The maple pecan was slightly stale and dry. Overall, I would absolutely come back for the Ube and mango passionfruit but would pass on the maple pecan. Croissants are $6-$8 which I find reasonable considering the amount of time and cost of ingredients for these items. There is a generous portion of cream in both. Give this place a try and support local!

I’ve been going to Toimoi since they began selling at the Mosaic farmers market and their pastries are always top notch! They are always trying out something new and even went viral for their supremes (the lines got super long because of it)! Their pastries were amazing then and even better now.
If you want a recommendation, my go-to’s are always the almond croissant, moon cakes, ube tres leches, and any of their seasonal goodies!
The owner is very kind and generous- she is the most lovely person you could meet! So happy they’re opening up a physical location- they truly deserve it! They’ve been working so hard over the years I’m glad they’re thriving ❤️
