And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first Togo’s in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. Good store. Clean, friendly service, order made correctly. Not a 5 star because there’s always room for improvement. In Togo’s case, it’s at the corporate level most likely. Smaller sandwiches with less on them, relatively, but higher prices? I bet they don’t have to get what they can afford because they can’t afford what they WANT.

I didn’t have a good experience here today. One of the sandwiches I ordered she forgot to make. There was no reason for it because we were the only ones there. My husband asked her not to put the spoon on the counter instead to hand it to him and she does it 2 times anyways. I’m not sure if ill be going back any time soon.

Oh my God you know this new pastrami sandwiches and chicken sandwich I’ve never tasted anything so good in my life you need to get on down there and try it and for the service fantastic service they were fast sandwich meat to perfection atmosphere was fine they have that sandwich and I was out of there within 15 minutes and that’s when they had a lot of customers Barry Fred was fresh meat was fantastic and the sandwiches put together like a artist with a fine painting recommended very highly now that’s the West Sacramento one here on West Capitol Avenue

Order was made correctly and the guy I chatted with was friendly. Simple as the first part is, I get the same type of sandwich any time I visit a Togo’s location, and I have had my order incorrect several times at other Togo’s.

Not a fan of this location, I have not been here in a minute, but the last time I went the staff was unfriendly, and the establishment was dirty. Save yourself about 10$/sandwich and head down the street and go the sub way.
