When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.
Counter-service chain offering made-to-order hot & cold sandwiches in straightforward surroundings.

This Togo’s location is actively advertised on the Entertainment app as offering 20% off the total bill, and the listing even shows this exact address. I drove here specifically because of that offer. I wouldn’t have come otherwise.
When I arrived, the employees told me they “don’t accept any third-party coupons” and that I’d have to download the Togo’s app instead (with no guarantee of any available deals). One of the employees even laughed like it was somehow funny that I was confused. It wasn’t.
Look, I understand that businesses change coupon policies. But refusing to honor an active, publicly circulated offer that is currently being used to draw customers to your location is not acceptable. If you decide not to participate anymore, then remove your listing. Don’t leave customers wasting their time and gas driving here just to be told “no.”
If you don’t want to offer the discount, fine, but don’t advertise it. That’s misleading, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful of customers’ time.
Won’t be returning.
The sandwiches are simple and solid as some places put too much sauces and toppings making the sandwhich soggy.
This location always packs the veggies when I ask for the #15 greek veggie and the produce always tastes fresh. when i go to the Subway on el camino they usually have the wilted lettuce which makes the sandwich all wet and they wouldn’t even offer a refund or remake as that’s how the “lettuce” is. I feel like for the price you get 10x more at Togos compared to subway and the ingredients taste way better and it’s worth your money. I appreciate that they don’t rush you and are always polite. Good customer service seems harder to come by these days, so that really stands out to me.
