When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

Ana is amazing she runs the place by herself, she had a line when I walked into the store but she quickly took care of everyone in front of me with a smile.This is the first TOGOS I have gotten the pleasure to visit and Ana’s suggestions of the Pretzelrami was delicious to the very last bite paired with Mrs.Vickie Jalapeño Chips and a Coke .

Excellent customer service at this Togo’s location! Their young staff are smiling and welcoming-even during the busy lunch time rush. The parking is easy and the location is bright and clean.
As with other Togo’s locations, the farmers market salad wrap is my usual order. It did not disappoint-fresh veggies and spring mix and they didn’t skimp on the crumbled feta. They honor the Yelp check in offer of a free 20 oz. drink and kept the line moving. It was nearly out the door when I arrived but I was helped and on my way in 10 minutes.
Really sparkly clean and exceptional location!

I went in to order a sandwich. There were only two other peopl. Ther was one person taking orders. I waited over 10 minutes and no one came out to help. The two other people said only one order was taken and the clerk went into the back and didn’t come back. I left.

Haven’t had a chance to write my review, late but necessary. If I could put negative stars I would they don’t even deserve 1,I came in about a week or two ago and I will never return and will let everyone know of the poor service and terrible experience there was a Latin heavy set man making sandwiches he was very rude! I overheard him telling a lady it was “too late” to make her sandwich how she wanted,That should have been my red flag!! Finally it was my turn and I got HIM unfortunately ,I was to hungry and in a hurry to wait for the lady beside him to help me after waiting almost 15 min in line So I went with him (BIG MISTAKE) he looked at me said what do you want I told him turkey cranberry and proceeded to instruct what I wanted on the sandwich, he interrupted and said hold on you are going to fast boss and laughs with pure disrespect not to mention as he makes sandwich he just had his whole belly in the food no proper uniform was worn or even a hair net or hat covering his hair he just got food everywhere and put so much mayo and little to none of what I actually asked for then used the knife from a previous meatball sandwich full of sauce and got all on my sandwich then says she will ring you up and just helped the next guest At that point I was so angry but didn’t want to complain and get a attitude for their mistakes Customer service was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Don’t waste your money coming here. Not sure who or where the manager was but they need better management. The floors were also very sticky and full of food tables were dirty and garbage was overflowing.

Wow. First time here and I love their service. Usually we go to one near Blackhawk but as soon as we came in here we were greeted by a worker named Kayla. She is awesome! Happy, energetic, and amiable all describe how she served, but I also noticed the other employees were just as friendly and had great teamwork! I will DEFINITELY come back for more sandwiches in the near future.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Service is quick which is nice when I have limited lunch time. Nice clean seating area if I have time to stay and eat. Sandwiches are fresh and yummy. Highly recommend this Togo’s!!!!

When did TOGO’s get so bad. This place was slow, customer service poor they were not wearing proper attire(1 of 3 had on proper attire). I bought the large(had the right amount of meat for a small. They were out of the pretzel bread. Worse TOGO’s I have visited. This place makes Subway look awesome. There was nobody in there either, hmmm I wonder why?

I should have been more worried when no one was in this Danville TOGOs at noon on saturday! It doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff is rude! I ordered a Turkey Avocado half sandwich. The girl helping me informed me that they didn’t have enough avocado and she would have to cut another avocado if I really wanted it. She was really put out. I told her never mind and walked out. She yelled at me and told me I was rude. Then she chased me out of the sandwich shop yelling at me. Can you imagine? Stay away from this TOGOs. If I was the owner I would hire new friendly staff that want to help the customers!

I buy this sandwich at multiple togos and it’s pretty good. This time I was good at all. The bread was hard, seems stale. Disappointed with the sandwich, just isn’t good at all. Bought a second one for someone else and they had the same complaint.
