I loved TOGOs growing up in SoCal so I was thrilled this location is here when I moved back to South OC. Their Sourdough bread is the best sandwich bread imo. I can’t get enough of their #24 Turkey+ Avocado. I constantly drive out of my way to get TOGOs and I’ve yet to be disappointed!

It’s a podunk little sandwhich shop but the prices are fair and the food is good. They could clean the place, though.

I used to love this Togo’s and was going there for decades….. There’s been ups and downs especially during covid but I gave it always the benefit of the doubt. But lately it seems there’s a turn an ideas and a push for always tipping.
It seems if I don’t tip when I do a mobile app pickup the young man behind the counter always seems like a jerk when I go to pick up. I thought it odd did people think everything they do is supposed to get tips for. Tips are for waiters and waitresses and hotel maids and valets and such. I tipped you because it’s to ensure promptness when being waited on. If I’m picking something up I’m waiting on you.
Too many restaurants tell their employees that they can count on tips when they’re not even in an industry for tips. They should pay their employees higher if they feel that their employees should get more money.
Hell I have you been seen automated machines ask for a tip lately.
Togo’s bread isn’t as good as it used to be by the way. Peace

Just had one of the best pastrami sandwiches in a long long time. This is the best Togo’s to go to (pun intended?) in southern orange county. I used to work at Togo’s way back in the day and I can say that these guys follow proper portioning, food handling, fresh ingredients, etc. Super friendly employees & service.

Service, quality, and cleanliness is perfect. Just one issue which is a big deal to me. The Italian sauce seems like it was bought from a store and it seems like it has a lot of oil. I’ve worked in a togos for a couple years and am 100% sure this isn’t what is supposed to be used. The taste of the Italian sauce was actually kind of disappointing compared to what I’m used to. Togos makes their own Italian dressing in house and is supposed to have the same or similar taste. Going around corners causes issues like losing customers.

Just walked into Togos and waited to be helped. Two people behind the counter helping one family. I think maybe one of them was new. I waited patiently maybe about 5 minutes and no acknowledgement of being there. Not even a I’ll be right with you. I walked out. A hello would have been nice.

Tuna sandwich was poor at best. Bread very dry and tuna was of poor quality. Tuna wasn’t fresh. I brought the poor quality to the attention of staff. They blew me off. Great attitude for s place that previously provide quality product. Jersey Mike’s on their worse day provides a better product…..
