When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

Togos is my favorite sandwich shop in town! They load your sandwich with ingredients and flavor. The hot pastrami and chicken cheddar melt are a few of my favorites. The store is always immaculately clean and the staff are so polite and seem happy to be there! I also enjoy having the convenience to order from the kiosk or at the cashier. Even my online orders have been made quickly and to perfection! I will be a loyal Togos customer through and through. Great vibes, wonderful staff, and delicious food. A 10/10!

I love Togos…but no more. This is the third time I have ordered items and gotten home with at least one completely wrong sandwich that I did not order (the slip was right the sandwich was not) and the toppings were incorrect on the other two (the slip I had was correct). I understand it gets busy and you have new people…hence I have let it go but not this time. II suggest if you order food you verify your order before you leave.

Typical sandwich shop. Order at the counter and wait for the sandwich to be made. Drink fountain is in the waiting area, so refills are easy.
I have been eating Togo’s Sandwiches since the first store opened by San Jose State. Miss the first rendition before franchising. However still enjoy the sandwich today.

Do not eat. Tastes gross horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!
Went to togo’s with my son and ordered two sandwiches for carryout. When ordering i was asked if I want them togo style. I answered no just mayo, lettuce, onion, and pepperjack on my sons med. roastbeef, and extra lettuce, extra onion, and mayo on my large turkey. Was told no problem and to wait by pickup area so I can’t see sandwiches being made. Get home to find my sandwich loaded with pickles, tomatoes, peppercini’s, and salt. My son’s sandwich was made to order perfectly. So I immediately called to chat about the isssue and was met with rudeness that I ordered wrong. Was told “we do not make sandwiches that differ from menu options” , “I never heard you did not want togo style”,and “what do you want me to do about it”. First they clearly can make sandwiches to order because they did it on my sons order. Second to not apologize and act like the mistake was my fault. Well clearly I did make a mistake in giving my money to such poor service. Togos has lost a customer. Do not waste your money on an overpriced sandwich that doesnt even offer oil and vinegar for sandwiches. Jersey mikes and port of subs much better taste, value, and customer service.

Excellent sandwich and service. Just like every other location. Glad to have a Togo’s again in Sparks just wish they were closer to home (or maybe not because I would be fat and broke then). I will return frequently.

This Togo’s is the best I’ve ever been to. Service is excellent!! The staff is very friendly, and the store is extremely clean!! I have never had bad service or a bad sandwich. This will be my go to from here on out. Thank you for the great experience!!

Got the chicken Cesar wrap.. almost all wrap no insides. Very disappointed. Broccoli cheddar soup . Tasted like a block of veleta and a few florets. Won’t be doing this again .. 70$

Don’t understand what happened today. I tried to order a BBQ sandwich which is a #40, I was just there 2-3 weeks ago and ordered and got the BBQ sandwich. Today I was told the sandwich is not on the menu and I asked the clerk since when as I was just there and had the BBQ sandwich made before, she said she was sorry but since there was other customers, she was not allowed to make it. Doesn’t make sense.
