I can’t say enough about this place. We come to eat dinner here at least once a week. We have tried almost everything on the menu and everything has always been delicious. Tonight I had the soft chili relleno and it is delicious. The stag is wonderful as well. Laura, Becca and Luis are great.

We are from Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and was invited to dinner at Tocayo because I will be speaking at a school tomorrow about Alopecia and being different. The food was wonderful, the waitress, stupendous! Her kindness gifting an “Alopecia Perk” to the two children, one with Alopecia, a true mark of altruistic giving that should make anyones heart sing and shine brighter. Order from, eat in at and support Tocayo Mexican Grill & Cantina!! 10 STARS!!

We arrived for family dinner and were sat immediately. Maison was our server, he knew the menu well and suggested drink specials for us. It’s clean and a nice atmosphere. We ordered all different dishes and everything was outstanding!
Fajitas were incredible and the crispy chili rellano. The green chili is authentic!

As a family that owned restaurants in the past, we were very impressed with the service, portions and quality of food. The margaritas were great and made fresh.
Well done Maison and Tocayo staff!

As a regular customer, I can confidently say this place is consistently excellent. The food is always on point, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the service never disappoints. Laura, Becca, and Yuli are great — friendly, attentive, and always remembering the little details that make a visit feel personal. They truly elevate the experience every time I’m in. This is one of those spots you keep coming back to, and the service is a big reason why.

Fantastic experience, setting the stage it’s been a whirlwind week and we wanted a time out. The setting at this location is calm and soft music in the background playing. We were able to speak to one another and not raise our voices. We were greeted and served by Luos who was fantastic and attentive. The food came quick was eye appealing and tasted wonderful! Great place and highly recommend it!

We decided to go out for a last-minute dinner, and this is one of the few places we haven’t yet tried in Pueblo West.

We were seated right away in a little corner half booth table as requested and a few minutes later the server stopped by to grab drinks.

The salsa was just perfect spice with the pre meal chips.

We tried
1 medium order of fajitas
&
Chicken tortilla soup.
(This was way bigger than we realized)

The portions are perfect. Hubs and I shared everything. The soup was delicious. The broth had such a deep flavor. I am not a fan of soup in most cases and would definitely eat this again!

The fajitas were the medium 2 meat option with steak and chicken. Both were amazing but we preferred the chicken. The spices were perfect. So many times, I get very bland flavored meats, so the pop of flavor made my taste buds do the happy dance!

The onions on the fajitas and peppers had to be the best tasting one’s ever! A perfect camelization with a bit of char.

We were too full to try any deserts, so we’ll just have to hop back in again soon!

We were in on the 6th. It wasn’t crowded due to the Parade of Lights. The food, when we got it was great. The service however was not. One person’s order was wrong and it took over 30 minutes to get her the correct food. By then most everyone else was finished. My fajitas had no tortillas. Had to ask twice and wait almost 15 minutes for them to bring me 2. Had to ask for more and another 15 minutes and they brought me one. Needed at least 2 more. When it came time to pay, the server hovered so I felt guilted into tipping, which I really didn’t want to do.

Delicious! Very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Handicap accessible.
I got the steak burrito smothered, and my friend ordered the combo plate. The Chile Relleno is to die for! Cannot wait to come back again! So affordable.
Better than 3 Margaritas!!
