Vegan food truck with breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We have best selling nachos, breakfast burritos, tasty salads, avocado toast and so much more. We are located at the Podski food truck lot and there is beer, wine, and cider in an indoor bar on the lot. We specialize in creating warm and comforting food and providing a fun atmosphere here in our 1948 vintage trailer that we remodeled into a vegan cooking machine.

I discovered this food truck through google and saw all the wonderful food there that they sold so I knew I had to try it. It was very difficult picking something off the menu because everything just looked so delicious! I ended up ordering the Nacho Crunchwrap, and WOW! It was so good and I enjoyed every second eating it. The service was great, we didn’t have to wait too long and the person serving us was very kind. To conclude my review of it, this food truck was so amazing and if you were thinking about going there, you absolutely should!

My husband and I LOVED this place so much. What a gem to find such delicious vegan food in Bend. We were blown away by how delicious everything was and the portion sizes are huge. We got the “beef” quesadilla and the nacho crunchwrap.

Visiting Bend and this was the best vegan food we had the whole trip! The Crunchwrap is so good, reasonable priced, and the atmosphere at the Podski is so fun. Will definitely be going back!

The buffalo wrap was so tasty. I asked if it contained nutritional yeast (migraine trigger for me), the cashier thought for a brief second and concretely confirmed that only the tofu scramble and queso sauce contained nutritional yeast. It feels reassuring that they know their ingredients by heart! It was the best crunch wrap I have ever had. The juicy vegan chicken mixed with lots of sauce and a crunchy tortilla layer, was incredible. If anything, it’s a bit too flavorful for me . I gobbled the whole thing down like I haven’t eaten for days.
The only minor negative thing is that It was a bit too salty for my taste, however, I know buffalo sauce is usually quite salty so I expected that.
The portion size is also quite generous, I felt almost full after only half of the wrap.
Love this 100% vegan food truck! Thank you for making the world a better place!

It’s been two weeks and I’m still obsessing over the vegan crunch wrap and loaded nachos I had at Toasty! Fresh, delicious, crunchy, bold flavors… serious comfort food that even your omnivore friends will appreciate!
It’s a long drive from Salem to Bend but, dayum, that is some super worthy food!!!

Toasty is our favorite restaurant/food truck in Central Oregon. The service is friendly and the food incredible. It’s also extremely consistent; we’ve eaten there for years and have never had a single bad experience. We particularly love the Rainbow Bowl and the Fresca Burrito, but you truly can’t go wrong. The value for money is good too compared to other options around town!

Quite literally the best vegan food I have had in my life, and I’ve eaten a lot of it.
The crunchwrap was delicious, but my only complaint is that it was a wee bit too soft for my texture liking.
However, the burrito that we ordered I could have eaten two of.
Do not pass this place up. It’s amazing, and you will leave feeling satisfied, full, and a better version of yourself.

Vegan crunch wrap was definitely better than the Taco Bell ground beef one! The Zack Snack was great too! Definitely get these two when you’re here. Nachos and rainbow bowl were good but certainly not as satisfying as the crunch wrap and Zack Snack. Would definitely eat here again.
