EDIT 3/2 : My personal experience is NOT a misconception! You had NO chai flavor. Your waffle was DRY, and there was NO DRIZZLE! It was TAKE OUT!! I shouldn’t have to drive 20 mins just because your food is crap! Your reply to your customer is dismissive. Get a different job!
Great concept, but it doesn’t seem to follow through. I ordered the iced spiced Chai latte and the pumpkin protein waffle. The chai didn’t have much for flavor. Pretty much just water, ice and milk. My waffle was dry and also didn’t have much for flavor. The syrup drizzle that it comes with and the honey drizzle I ordered extra were not on it. For this quality, the price is robbery.
I gave 3 stars because there are other options on the menu I’d like to give a chance. Some places just have options on their menue that just aren’t good while other options have promise. But first impression, chains continue to be poor options and local is the way to go. I should have gone to Harriet and Oak.

We had company in town & wanted to try something new. 4 toasts, 2 small coffees, 2 juices came to $98 & change! Unfortunately quality + quantity does NOT equal cost/value. Will never go back. The good news is they are a chain & not a local business so zero feelings are lost.

What a gem! This organic eatery is a unique add to Rapid City and so delicious. We had the Salmon Toast, Dragonberry Bowl, with lattes and their in-house made peanut butter cup for dessert. The service was friendly and it’s clear they care about fresh food that tastes great. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be regulars! I highly recommend!

I was truly impressed by this establishment. It’s rare to come across a spot that offers such a wide range of healthy choices. The hardest part for me was making a decision! They serve gourmet toasts, açaí bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, and coffee. I finally opted for the smoked salmon, and it was absolutely exquisite! Everything was vibrant, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The poached egg was cooked to perfection as well. Even the coffee stood out as exceptional. The service was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall, I can’t imagine how this experience could have been any better.

From the moment we walked in the staff was EAGER to help us find a perfect vegan and delicious breakfast option in a town with almost nothing else around.
Charlotte was quick with juice recommendations and more than eager to give us samples of everything!
The owner was also very sweet and humble. They gave us recommendations on where to stop on the rest of our day on our way back to Portland.
The food was excellent. Great portion size for the price, although a little expensive it was very worth it. The juice was so delicious and both our toasts were LOADED with toppings.

Love this place! Amazing fresh and healthy options. The mango bowl is a refreshing change of pace from anything else offered locally. Everything is fresh chopped, pressed, prepped, juiced, etc. Absolutely love their honey & granola too! Our kids love the Orange Crush smoothie. Their absolute favorite treat in all of Rapid City. Plus the service is always excellent- pleasant and positive at all times!

Nice concept, terrible execution…No plates, food is served on cutting boards. Poached egg was presented in a dressing cup. Tried placing on my toast and it rolls off the bread, off the board, and splatters on the table. Clearly there is a reason edged plates have become the preferred eating platform around the world. Eggs are either hard boiled or poached; if you don’t like that, tough luck. Also, I order at the counter, come grab my own food from the counter, and then bust my own table, what exactly is the tip for? All said, the employees were all very polite but their process and presentation needs refining.

Absolutely fantastic spot! The smoked salmon toast tasted gourmet and looked beautiful. Almost didn’t want to eat it because of ruining the art but I’m so glad I did, can’t recommend this spot enough!
