Best coffee I’ve had in the area! I love that they roast their own beans, which is a huge plus. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate that they do not overload the cups with ice like a lot of other places do.
I ordered the Ruby Chocolate and honestly wish I’d sized up. It was perfectly balanced with a strong coffee taste and just the right amount of sweetness, not overpowering at all. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I go here almost every week. He orders a double espresso every time and is never disappointed. They make an amazing decaf mocha latte (hot or cold). Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well! The owners are so friendly and nice. We are so fortunate to have a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. Highly recommend going here!

They do not have food items anymore!!! If you’re looking for breakfast sandwiches do not go here, but their coffee is good. This is also not a sitdown place. It’s a grab and go. It can be noted that they do have muffins and a granola bar for sale.

What a find! Mike and Alli have the best coffee spot in the valley! They make an authentic, smooth, flavorful cappuccino that tastes amazing. I bought a bag of their own roasted coffee and tried it at home and it was wonderful. I work nearby and will probably find my way there daily ☕

SEARCH NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE IN BETHLEHEM MAYBE EVEN PA! Toasted and Roasted has fresh ground coffee and their own roaster! What a Gem So glad to have this lovely couple and their new baby working a family business in our neighborhood. I watched them inspect the beans and use their computer to calculate the perfect roast! I love it so much I even grab a bag of fresh ground coffee ☕️ for home and when I’m going out of town

Highly recommend the espresso done on this killer La Marzocca Strada and the pour over ( fantastic Brazil )- all their own roasts too!
Also, got a wonderful breakfast wrap and my partner got the golden latte, which they now love ❤️
