Absolutely delicious bánh mì! Easily one of the best we’ve had, and we eat bánh mì pretty regularly. We both ordered the grilled pork, our usual go-to, and it was fantastic. The pork was flavorful, the sauce tied everything together perfectly, and the bread was spot on crisp and crunchy on the outside while soft and airy on the inside, making every bite satisfying and easy to enjoy. This will definitely be our new go-to spot for bánh mì. Hoping they get busy enough to extend their hours past 6 pm! 😀

We went to Toast Mi in Lacey today for the first time and what a treat it turned out to be!
First of all the kind man that was taking our order was really cool. Great attitude and just seemed so happy we came. He explained the menu with patience and we ordered confidently. We were so amazed by the flavors of the food (banh mi and a chefs choice salad) that were already thinking about coming back. We’re so happy to find them, y’all should too!

Clean, welcoming, friendly, and fast service. Everything was delicious! I loved the milk tea, not too sweet! The bánh mì was generously filled. The kids also loved the waffle. Definitely a great spot!

The bahn mi (ordered the grilled beef bahn mi called The Ha Long Bay) was delicious. Perfect proportions and the beef was super good. The veggies were awesome and the bread was great. Spice level was spot on. The drinks are beyond incredible. The salt coffee is super good, nice and strong but has a good balance. My favorite though is the egg coffee. It’s seriously the smoothest coffee, with a great depth and the coffee is a really nice roast. Seriously so good and everyone who works there has been so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!!

I am so in love with Toast Mi. The pork rice bowl or banh mi are my favorites. Perfect ratio of meat, veg and pate on a delicious roll. The house sauce is excellent as well. I am not sure if this location offers them, but Tacoma location has seasonal items like beef stew and a kumquat and basil seed tea, two more things I really enjoy here.

They have THE best spring rolls in Lacey, very accommodative I always ask for them without pork #halal, always so delicious and generous with the peanut sauce. Wonderful costumer service and the ube Oreo drink is so bomb. 10/10 love it here.

Egg coffee was WONDERFUL, strong coffee flavor with the sweet egg foam& coconut topping.
Got the chicken & special (beef pork& egg) banh mi. Both were really tasty; meat was cooked well and the veggies& sauce tasted really fresh.
The menu has easy to understand descriptions. Having which drinks are caffeine free or dairy free is really nice. Super fast service, really helpful staff. I had a few questions about menu items and they made great recommendations. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

I’m glad they opened up a spot in Lacey. I first tried the one in Tacoma and was super excited to hear they were coming down here. I ordered a half rice half salad bowl with pork and it did not disappoint! So fresh and delicious. The portions are great too. The drink I got was the Ube Coffee, which I highly recommend trying. I also want to acknowledge how sweet and accommodating the two girls working there were. Very great customer service and overall experience.
