What a hidden gem!! This was a little bit of a drive for us, but well worth it! My husband & I love trying new places for breakfast & Toast Gios did not disappoint! From the moment we entered we were greeted with a smiling face. They were busy, but we never felt rushed! Our waitress was Tabby & she actually was also the one that greeted us & sat us. She was knowledgeable of the menu items & overall super kind. You can tell she really likes her job. We had the pancakes, chilaquiles, and biscuits and gravy. The portions were huge, the food was hot when it came out, & you can tell it was made with love. Their house made maple-agave syrup was so good I’d go back just for that & the service! Highly recommend this cute little place & ask for Tabby! She was the best we’ve had in a long time!

She checked in at just the right moments, offered great recommendations, and had a warm smile the entire time. Her service added a personal touch that elevated the whole meal.

1st time in today 12/14/25…Place is great! Hostess and entire wait staff was on the ball, everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Wait for food wasn’t long at all and our meals were excellent. Cooked excellent. We both had breakfast, I had the biscuits and gravy and the Mrs had the Toast tacos. Will DEFINITELY be going back! Oh, and the place is decorated very nicely, felt very comfortable here. Thanks to everyone for there for the exceptional experience, well done!

My sweetie had the breakfast burrito skillet and loved every bite. I had the eggs benedict w spinach…. mmmmm! Prices are consistent with typical breakfast/lunch joints, but the menu was way more interesting than your typical pancakes and eggs. Sorta like you’d find in boutique-y sort of restaurant.
This place is one of AJ’s best kept secret, me thinks. Check them out!

I stopped in for breakfast and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The place has that perfect balance of cozy and clean, and the service was on point! Kayla was AMAZING!
The food came out fast and piping hot. The eggs were cooked exactly how I asked, the bacon had that perfect crisp, and the pancakes were fluffy enough to ruin all other pancakes for me.
Prices were fair, portions were generous, and the whole vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the morning. Definitely one of those spots you end up wanting to come back to again the next day.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid breakfast that hits every mark.

Good food and service. I got the BYO egg scramble with spinach, mushroom, bell pepper, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. Also got their Toast Mimosa which was good. Was yum, simply breakfast but good! Service was good and servers were very kind. Will come back!

Jasmine was an amazing busser during our breakfast visit! She was quick, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Our table stayed clean the entire time, and she made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. You can tell she really cares about her job and the guests’ experience. Upon arriving at Toast my first time, I was greeted with such a warm smile from our host. The atmosphere was cozy, inviting and charming! Our waitress Frankie had THE BEST personality, her service was fantastic. She was fast, attentive, funny, just a doll! The food was absolutely delicious with so much more on the menu. I plan on trying something different each time I come. It’s definitely a favorite for me. I highly recommend coming to Toast! You won’t regret it!
