This time we had to pull a pile of cheese off each piece (see pics) which also makes the crust super soggy…every piece just falls apart. Gross.
It’s all good, mistakes happen, but when I called and talked to the manager, she was extremely rude, condescending, and constantly interrupting me, without letting me explain, yelling at the kitchen in the background every time I talked, and when finally asked what they wanted me to do, I said:
Please remake the pizza and deliver it, and she said we can’t do that.
I said OK refund my money, she said we can’t do that.
I’m like OK.
What can you do?
I now have $20 credit, which I appreciate, but it was given out of spite, not authentic,
common sense customer service.
If I owned this place, this employee would immediately be fired based on how I was treated.
The fact you defended this employee in your reply below is pathetic, and you’re blatantly lying.
She was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and specifically said they could NOT deliver after remaking.
I specifically asked for a manager why didn’t you get on the phone? Because you’re not being honest, that’s why.
I could care less about her age, you guys have no clue how to take care of customers and will never get another dollar of my money. Especially when you lie to defend your mistakes.

I will just have to give my two cents on the cauliflower crust. It needs help please work on that. This is coming from a celiac not a GF by choice individual.
Inside I saw all teenagers working, no management was visible. Seemed like a prank or something.
I answered delivery please since I had my 2 kids it was easier to get a delivery
They took my info I ordered 1 large chicken bacon ranch pizza
They never showed up, they never called but my card was charged and I even tipped on the order.
I call in today on 10/10/2025 at 6:29 pm and I’m told the “boss” is not in I asked when he will be in they said “ i don’t know he’s busy” then told me they are busy and let me go with no resolution I even asked if they could just bring the pizza today they wouldn’t do that or refund me….
Now I am on hold with the Huntington fraud department…… I have never ordered food here before and this is a very disappointing experience….
