I’ve celebrated so many special moments here, and it’s always a joy coming back. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious, and every visit leaves me with total belly happiness. Great atmosphere, great food, and so many happy memories made at this place.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at To-Kai. In the middle of my meal, I found a cockroach in my food. As horrifying as that was, the way the staff handled the situation made everything worse. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of how serious the issue was, and no reassurance that they would investigate or correct the problem. The manager came over, took a look at the cockroach, and then promptly left towards the kitchen. We did not see her again after that. When the check came, they put an X over the duck roll that I ordered, and told us to have a goodnight.
We were left feeling dismissed and ignored, and the lack of basic accountability was shocking. Food safety is non-negotiable, and their response showed a complete lack of professionalism. I will absolutely not be returning, and I warn others to be cautious.

First time to come here and it was a delight. I ordered the Lenny Roll and also had the Steak and Chicken Hibachi.
Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. The staff was very friendly and attentive which is hard to find as a general rule.
One other thing to mention is that the immediate brought out the soup with YumYum sauce and the Ginger sauce. The Ginger sauce isn’t always available at every restaurant so it was great that this place offered it. FYI – YumYum is for the meat and Ginger for the veggies.
Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

This has become the favorite Sushi / Hibachi place for my wife and I. There are a lot of choices for sushi in the area and we tried many of them, always looking for a better roll or gyoza. After trying To-Kai we stopped “shopping around” and just keep coming back. The staff have always been exceptionally friendly.

We got the Vietnamese roll topped with spicy tuna dressing crab meat, cucumbers, spring lettuce and green spinach (to the left green rolls) and then we got Russian family roll with shrimp and last but not least crunchy Shrimp Dragon roll. Our server gave us hot wet wipes prepackaged, and was kind, attentive and gave us space. She was very professional in customer service experience! Thank you to her! The small vase of flowers are only for decoration not to take home. Those are real flowers! I’m definitely coming back again either alone or with company!

Beware of the cork fees per bottle and the check arriving at the table even before you finish with your session. Most likely will not return back due to the above. This is not a professional service you’d expect from a well established restaurant in our area.

Doesn’t feel right with a shared table with a party of 6. The food is okay, not great. Service is alright with an 30 minutes wait for our cooker, even we’re on time for our rsvp. They need more .

Yessss!!! I Love it here. Lunch is my thang! The people are friendly, the food is amazing! IT’S SO GOOD! I am a v.i.p member now. Proud. I tried the house sake,it was my first time trying it warm. If you have any time, do stop in, give them a try. They do parties, they have karaoke, and they will even do house events. They have it going on. The location is near some of my favorites like the movies, dollar tree ( gotta be thrifty), and they aren’t too far from Lowe’s for my plant addiction.
