We ordered two burritos. While we waited for our food we saw the special, which comes with two burritos and an agua fresca. When we asked if we could get the agua fresca the owner said, “No, because you should have asked for it when you ordered it”. I explained that what we ordered is the same thing as the special and that they could have just asked if we wanted the special, to which she replied that it’s the patrons responsibility to ask. I asked if she’d make an exception considering that what we paid was more expensive than the special anyway. She declined. I used to work in the food service industry at a historic Mexican restaurant in El Paso. When someone’s orders whats on special, you ask if they want the special. Having built a career on customer service, I value employees and businesses that offer great customer service. If I could give 0 stars not just for what she said but also the attitude with which she said it, I would.

When this restaurant first opened it was really good. I’m wondering if they have new management. They would give you great portions & always make sure to give you utensils. Lately they have been slacking it big time. I’m posting cuz I’m upset because I’m eating the burrito as I’m in a hurry to go to work & it’s cooked ENOUGH, but the bacon should have crisp to it & it’s a bit uncomfortable to eat. Last time I went for some papas and queso (which is a burrito I get often & enjoy) & it was sooo hot I almost passed out & I called to complain for them to watch out how they make the food cuz they may not know they’re doing it. They sounded bothered & they said they “always” make it like that which is not true. One other time they handed me a plate with no bag, no explanation as to why there is no bag. Again, no utensils. Small things like that really kill your business. I used to go all the time & will not be going for a while.

We used to love the FOOD here and come at least once a week. However, with the increase in prices we can’t justify the horrible service anymore. On our recent visit we came two HOURS before their posted close time and were ignored for 15 minutes before we gave up (this isn’t the first time this has happened either). Also their employee, Myrna, consistently pushes back about honoring the specials posted on their menu board.

Very nice people but not very good food. I got the potato tacos with beans and corn on the cob. The corn was old and frankly inedible. You can see in the picture how withered the kernels are. And the tacos came with absolutely nothing except the tortilla and mashed potatoes. I paid for pickled red onions and cabbage on the side, but they said they didn’t have any. They also don’t give you salsa unless you ask for it. The refried pinto beans were very tasty. I ordered an agua fresca, but they forgot to give it to me; I’m waiting for a refund for that and the cabbage and onions. Overall, not really interested in going back.

I’d hate to write a bad review but, it’s well deserved. The food is not good.
I ordered online beef fajitas, breaded stuffed chicken and kids ground beef and a chocolate chip cookie. Sides were mashed potatoes, white rice and calabacitas.
Beef fajitas were tender but flavor was lacking wife could not eat. Mashed potatoes they are not good at all. Can’t really describe the flavor. Calabacitas were bland.
The chicken I took a bite but soon realized it was a bit pink… so stopped eating it and rather not take a chance. The flavor seemed good, waste of $$.
The ground beef I felt had a good flavor but nothing special, wife disagreed. Kids didn’t approve…
The chocolate chip cookie .. redemption time right? Wrong! The dough was crumbly and texture sorta like dry clay.. the chocolate chips well they weren’t sweet more like dark chocolate..
I would NOT recommend it.

I’ve been coming to this drive-thru Mexican restaurant for a while because the food is actually pretty good — flavorful, consistent, and satisfying. Unfortunately, the customer service has taken a serious hit lately. Whoever is speaking through the intercom is consistently rude, and the women working there seem to have little to no customer service skills.
It’s disappointing because the food deserves better representation. A warm attitude and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. I want to keep supporting this place, but if the service doesn’t improve soon, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. Good food should be matched by good service — not met with attitude and disregard.

Loved the food! I forgot to take a photo till I was mostly done with my quesadilla but it was the best chicken I’ve had an El Paso. It was so juicy and flavorful and they gave you a lot of meat in the quesadilla. The cucumber lime agua fresca was really good and they were kind enough to give my dog some water while we were waiting. The workers were really kind. Will definitely go back

Very poor costumer service.
Store closes at 3 we arrive around 2:30 with at least 3 other vehicles behind us, with no response at the monitor we drive up to the window where there is a lady mouthing they are closed. They could at least have the decency to come face to face and say they are closed.

The wide variety of food is amazing it all looks so fresh however the service wasn’t so good we had to repeat our orders but they were very nice and apologized , the atmosphere in the drive thru was empty no one talking just conversations with my family the food smells great and it tastes amazing. the food also comes with a tiny salad with onion’s be careful they do have spice but if you can handle it it’s amazing and healthy it all tastes so fresh my order was the potato tacos (vegetarian) with French fries and white rice also vegetarian the food had a lot and was so delicious I almost couldn’t finish it the food was
