My family and I have been ordering from this location consistently for five years.

I am very disappointed writing this review, as this place has been our family pizza joint since our relocation to this area.

Multiple times our delivery has been late, cold, but we’re understanding as service can’t be perfect Everytime.

Today however we have decided to never go back. Our pizza was once again undercooked, cold when it arrived, the Italian sub was disgusting, the meat tasted old and the bread stale.

We went to get a refund for the entire order, 46$ (of which we left a 30% tip)….

They only refunded us for the pizza and would not for the hoagie considering we didn’t bring it with us and simply threw it away.

5 years of business, we are never coming back. Treatment of your most valuable customers who’s the direction your business is headed.

The pizza is now in my top ten in the Pittsburgh area Not living over this way or having it before will never happen again. Really good all around pizza. The flavor is just amazing. It doesn’t look nearly as good as it tastes! I definitely recommend the place and will be back again. Staff was cool to talk to and even got to hear some Johnny Cash playing when I picked up my pie.

Greasy pizza anyone? Fingers crossed this doesn’t happen to you. I emailed them for a redo and never herd back from them. My business will go to from Italy . And receipt even states it should’ve been well done! Quality control .

Almost every Friday we get pizza. Usually from here. And 9 times out of 10 we have to cut the pizza at home. It’s like they don’t even try. Or they use the dullest blade in Springdale. And the slices couldn’t be more inconsistent on size. The center of the pizza is a mushy mess. Super greasy. It’s good, sometimes. But nothing I’d recommend.

Where do I begin, this pizza was not how I remembered it to be and the service of the place seems to have lowered their standards significantly to the extent of eating pizza becoming a chore when it comes from TNT. As for people who work hard for their income and find themselves not wanting to prepare dinner after days or even weeks of doing so, it’s nice to count on a neighborhood pizza place every once in a while. However, it’s safe to say that the pizza was made from either lazy or lousy minded effort that reeks of bare minimum quality. We asked for extra vegetables over the phone and we were met with a blatant disregard followed by a hesitant vibe of service. The pizza barely had any vegetables besides a bunch of black olives that could probably fill a jar, and almost no green pepper or sausage, when we clearly asked for it (This was their so called Supreme pizza). Last but not least the cheese was all too much for even a pizza and fell off the crust like if the cheese wanted no part of the nearly $30 dollar mess we received. YES, you read that right , $30 for just dough, cheese and olives. Overall we are not complaintive people but when quality is sacrificed by either teenage amateurs or other lousy cooks it is quite disappointing to see a once good establishment cut corners just because it’s socially acceptable. So they lost a client and never again I will spend $31.00 on a pizza that barely had any ingredients on it.

This is great spot for lunch. I go out of my way a few times a month and get the same thing. Always consistent in appearance and flavor. They are well staffed for lunch, so it’s never a long wait (I think the longest wait was 20 minutes or so. Usually 10- 15 minutes). Plenty of parking for big trucks or for someone towing a boat. Leave the potato chips at home and take pizza instead when you go fishing or boating. P.S.- Plenty of napkins and a bathroom is available if you order food.

Order food.. wait my 20 plus mins … walk in the pizza store and my order was never even printed out. Then I ask for a side of ranch and you charge me after messing my order up . Service should be a little better than that I mean ,maybe a free ranch for making a mistake.. la nova needs to open back up.

Absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour for a delivery. Received the complete wrong order. The delivery driver tried to right the wrong but apparently the shop had “closed” and couldn’t fix their screw up. Sent half the food, and gave the actual rest of the order to “someone else”.

Used to be a big fan of this place but the last couple of times we have ordered from them, the pizza was still raw and the breadsticks were just covered in oil. I didn’t realize how oil soaked the box was until I saw my shirt had been ruined from holding it against me.

I understand that businesses are dealing with all kinds of hurdles these days but as a small business owner you need to take time to invest in proper training and quality control otherwise you’re only hurting yourself and your reputation by not doing so.
