This is my second time eating at TMG Burger and Grill. This experience had me HIGHLY disappointed. My first time here everything was amazing. My wings were dressed perfectly, everything was fresh, the burger was amazing. This go round only thing that was good was the burger. The wings looked chewed up, glued back together, and fried. I ate barely half of the wing and felt sick. My wings weren’t dressed, I had to dress them myself and didn’t have the right sauces. Then they gave us butter instead of ranch for our wings. Only reason I decided to come back for a second time was because of how good it was the first time. My second experience has me questioning if I want to go back. With both of my orders they were pick up orders. Also while eating I discovered a piece of plastic in my burger. Mind you all I did was transfer it from the original packaging to a paper plate to warm it up. I’m so highly disappointed with this experience.

Super cool place. Vibes were good and food was delicious. I got the grilled burger? Something like that. Basically a patty melt. And a side of onion rings. Id come back if im in the area. A little expensive though since burger and onion rings came to $18, but very good.

Went out to eat with the family , the burgers were amazing , the fries were perfection. But let me tell you about the customer service…. One of the workers have seen my toddler was crying and he had happen to give us two free ice cream on the house… happy to say I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was craving a good burger and by chance happened across this diner…thank God! My husband and daughter were with me, and we were just coming in from San Antonio. I ordered the regular cheeseburger, my daughter got the kids cheeseburger combo which had fries and a drink, and my husband ordered the burger that had eggs on it, forgot the name. We loved every bit of the food which was made perfectly and delivered quickly to our table. We then had the funnel cake which was delicious! Nice, hot and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Just the perfect amount of cinnamon and powdered sugar! I wish I lived in Houston just so I could go back to this restaurant whenever I wanted. This was our first time there, but I know I’ll want to stop by every time we go back. The service was friendly and timely, even with a good amount of customers there. Everything was clean and nice bright atmosphere. The menu was fantastic! Literally had something for anyone. Beef, chicken, vegetarian, kids, adults. Super duper recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Love this place. Has a cool retro feel including great music from the 70’s and 80’s. Burgers were fantastic! Had the red eye royal burger and it did not disappoint. Wife had the plain cheeseburger. Lots of meat. Highly recommend the onion rings, they’re homemade and taste great. Glad we stopped here! Don’t miss it if you’re in the area.

Let me start with saying thank god I dropped in here from out of town at the recommendation of a friend. If I lived in the vicinity, I’d be closing it down nightly.
Burger and fries were unreal. Seriously. Splurged on a funnel cake based on reviews – really great though huge.

Went there fully expecting to choose one of their delicious burgers, was still undecided on fries or onion rings… but then saw the shrimp special and got that instead. It was perfectly paired with those fried green tomatoes! A side of ranch made that complete. No regrets. Do hope they added the shrimp to their daily menu. The funnel cakes are definitely worth trying.

We’ve been coming here for years before the name change and ownership. We enjoy the open kitchen concept as you can see your food being cooked. The service is quick and polite. They play a selection of country music over the speakers and offer an outside eating area with lights. They are now offering a breakfast menu as well. There is ample seating but parking can be a bit tricky as there are several businesses that share the same parking lot. This is also a popular hangout for the local high school students since it is within walking distance. The burgers are excellent and the best around this area of Katy. The also offer to go and pick up orders.
