My new favorite BBQ spot.. absolutely love EVERYTHING on the menu. Real comfort food at a great price. Bring your cash (no card excepted) and be sure to order yourself a plate of their delicious food. We ordered the BBQ rib’s, pulled pork and chicken; we also had baked beans, potato salad, Mac N cheese, collar greens and Cole slaw. And Everything was delicious

Just had my first meal(s) here and was very satisfied with everything. My kids had rib bites, pulled pork and mac and cheese. I had ribs, mac and cheese and baked beans. I asked about okra and did not order any. Upon completion of my order the owner gave me three cans of pop for it being my first visit and a big order of fried okra. My son loved the pulled pork sandwich and beans. Take a drive and give this little jewel a try!!! Oh I almost forgot that I ordered some chicken too and it tastes like smokey, heavenly goodness!!

Stopped by again today and left with a tray of pulled pork (like 5 plus pounds) with buns. Added cole slaw (best I’ve ever had) and killer baked beans as well as a double order of fried okra. I live minutes from their restaurant and everything was nice and hot when I got home. There should be a line like you see at Chick-fil-a at the drive-thru at this place because it’s AMAZING!!!

Great BBQ experience. This is exactly the kind of place I look for on vacation and it did not disappoint. Had Ribs and Chicken, The rib bites, Mac and Cheese, and Baked Beans. I’ve had BBq all over the country and these folks are right up there with the best in the country. The ribs were tender and flavorful as was the chicken. The sauce was very tasty as well. The beans were the best I’ve ever had, creamy and tasty and absolutely delightful. This was a lucky find while visiting the area for Spring Training, next time it will be planned well in advance to stop again. Well done folks

I have passed this place on a number of occasions and today I finally stopped.
Ordered two (2) lunch specials for the Mrs and I, both pulled pork.
The pork was really good. My beans were excellent and the Mac and cheese was just OK. The Mrs liked her potato salad and chicken& rice.
I was waited on by the owner and he was great.
The smoker was going outside, and I will be back to try the ribs.

Very misleading i just sent my husband to get ribs.I read all the good reviews so we gave it a try. We love ribs. I will stop anytime I see someone on the side of the road with a smoker. I am willing to give anyone a try. So I figured how could I go wrong with this place. The reviews made it seem like an excellent place to eat. OMG they were so tough couldn’t even eat them. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money. I have been raised around ribs my whole life and have never had anything like this. We were so excited to find someone close by. The owners were very sweet and friendly but the ribs were horrible.. my husband said the greens and cornbread were good. He will eat just about anything but he wouldn’t/ couldn’t even eat the ribs he tried to nibble off any meat that was edible. I am not sure how they were cooked. But you can’t chew the meat it’s so dry and tough. I thought it would save me from driving to Parrish to eat c & k smoke house but I guess I will be driving out there to get ribs from now on.

I have never sat down and took the time to review a business until now. The woman that greets you at the window is the sweetest lady with the warmest smile you will ever see. The food…. Ugh don’t get me started. The rib bits are smoked to perfection and delicious. I got a lunch special that is apparently a smaller portion than dinner but was more than enough for me. The kind woman even gave me a can of soda for being a first time customer… Now that is great service. I will definitely be back very soon and telling people about it.

I have eaten a lot of BBQ but this is hands down the BEST pulled pork I have ever had. It is so tender, juicy and flavourful as they cook over a real wood fire pit. The coleslaw is fresh, crisp and a bit vinegary which is awesome. Come hungry, go home happy!

This is a unique operation. It’s take out only and I guess for the times it is appropriate. The portions are generous and the food is good, The ribs were a little tough with a deep smoky taste and the collard greens were awesome. We also tried their mac n cheese , cole slaw and corn bread.All the sides were very good and served generously. Don’t go by the pricing online as it is years old and they dont know how to change it. The prices are about 25% higher than their online menu but still within reason.We also received free drinks because of it being our first visit.
