My sister and I had the birria de chivo and my brother the carnitas combo. The food was delicious. If you’re in the area, stop by.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. I’ve had their breaded chicken breast plate with homemade tortillas (my fave), chicken salad, grilled chicken plate, tacos, and al pastor torta. I love their fresh chips and restaurant made salsa. I ALWAYS look forward to dipping the tortillas chips in the mild salsa.

My dad brought me here for lunch and this place did not disappoint! Service is amazing as well as the food. Highly recommend the asada burrito and carnitas tacos. My dad got the caldo de res and it came with freshly made corn tortillas and rice on the side. Great portion size for the price!

The best Birria I’ve had. Anytime I’m in the area I will stop bin and treat myself. Keep in mind this goat consume is only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Everything I have had is is awesome!

Fell upon this place going home. So good! I had machaca and my babies had menudo. The service and price was great. I wish it was cleaner, not dirty but older place but there’s love and care in what they do. Leave in LA but would totally day trip just to eat there. Stop by before 10am for menudo…they run out. Soo good. You really can’t go wrong. Cover your eyes and point to something, it will be delicious!

I love this place. It is so delicious and has very authentic Mexican food. I had the Chili Colorado Burrito and my Sister-n-law had the 2 Carne Asada Tacos with Rice & Beans. I will be going back ♥️

The food is a 3 but the service is a 5, so I averaged it out to a 4. Came here with the fam after mass and the place was popping. We got seated after checking in with the back counter, and the waitress was quick to take our order. We split some carne asada fries and supreme nachos among the four of us, and my dad also got a couple of tacos. He was pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat he had on the tacos, and they’re well-priced at $1.75 each. We were disappointed by the supreme nachos, which we ordered with al pastor. It was dry and the meat wasn’t as flavorful as we’d hoped. It had cotija cheese and retried beans along with some lettuce (we asked for no sour cream). The tortilla chips themselves good and they give you free chips and salsa too, but the nachos weren’t that tasty. The carne asada fries were relatively better but also still not the best. The fries were thick cut and also was a bit dry.

I think Tlaquepaque is probably the best Mexican Restaurant in Santa Paula. Everything I have had there so far was really delicious, one of my favorite is a simple wet burrito with shredded beef and green sauce.

Little hole it the wall spot, was busy and the phones were constantly ringing. The food was hot and fresh. The salsa delish and the server was nice and memorized our whole order with out writing it down which is always something I wish I could do.

Great Mexican food. Prices have sadly gone up like every other place. Excellent ingredients, delicious flavors. Had the grilled veggie burrito.
