What a nice experience! From the warm and abundant tortilla chips and salsa to the delicious enchilada entree we shared, this was a wonderful lunch. Our order came out quickly and hot and the ambience was upbeat and joy-filled. Tlaquepaque was suggested to us by friends and we traveled 50 miles to try it…we were not disappointed. Jorge was a fantastic server and his recommendation of Flan for dessert nailed it! Keep up the great work Jorge!!

My boyfriend and I eat Mexican everywhere we go. I must say, this by far hands-down is the best I’ve had in years! The atmosphere is standard for your typical Mexican restaurant however, the food stands above and is so so good. The chips and salsa and queso are so fresh and yummy. The margaritas are amazing. I even got some to go and I had the best chicken tortilla soup I’ve ever had. Gina was an awesome server. Keep up the good work, girl!

Very nice and accommodating (large) Mexican restaurant. It’s always busy but usually get in quickly. Although not my absolute favorite Mexican in the area, it is always very good. No complaints with service either. Would recommend!

I had the taco salad and my husband go the create you own combination. His was a crispy taco, tamale and beef enchilada with rice and beans. We also got a large cheese dip. The cheese dip was good but I would prefer it to be heated up more. It was served to us more room temperature. The chips were a little thick for my liking. The salsa was good. My taco salad was really good. The shell was fried to a nice crispy texture. The meat was well seasoned. My husband said the crispy taco was good and well seasoned but they were very shy on the cheese. He didn’t care for the red sauce on the enchilada and tamale. Next time he will get cheese sauce instead of red sauce. The tamale meat was seasoned and very tasty. The meat to masa ratio was as I would expect about 50/50. Rice and beans were good as well. The service was some of the best service we have had in a long time. Amy was our waitress and she was busy but remained very attentive and friendly. I will request her section whenever we come back. Without a doubt I would recommend this restaurant.

Really enjoyed my stop over at Tlaquepaque Mexican Grill & Restaurant the meal was delicious! Best rice I’ve had in ages and the beans so yum. I ordered the Flautas only downside the menu said shredded beef and I received ground beef. Jalapeño Margarita super and the presentation on point! Overall great meal. Would stop in again. And Mary was a delight.

Some good Mexican for Ohio! The place is obviously taken care of by a big plant lover. Food servings were generous, salsa was yummy and the staff was attentive.

This Mexican restaurant disappoints on multiple fronts, failing to deliver an authentic or enjoyable dining experience. The ambiance feels generic and lacks the festive, vibrant atmosphere one expects from a Mexican establishment. More critically, the food quality is subpar; the ingredients taste bland and are often poorly prepared, with dishes like the enchiladas arriving lukewarm and the salsa tasting suspiciously like it came from a jar. Furthermore, the service is often slow and inattentive, leaving customers feeling neglected and exacerbating the overall sense of dissatisfaction.

The food is pretty good here. The tamales are the best I’ve had in the area and the guava margaritas are top notch. We have been there several times and have always been greeted with a smile and above average to excellent service. Prices are consistent with other restaurants at around $12-$15 a plate.

Their fajitas are very good, however the tacos were average (kinda empty) only beef, lettuce and cheese. Their tortillas chips appetizers were alright. Staff is very friendly and service is good. The atmosphere feels authentic as well.
