The young man with black curly hair working the ice cream station did a phenomenal job is assisting myself in the ice cream picking process. He offered samples and was very outgoing and polite! Great job! Ice cream was delicious!

Ordered dinner to go and stopped by the ice cream stand on the way out. The Italian Ice is amazing! They had 4 flavors if I remember correctly. So refreshing! I think there were 16 different ice cream flavors, it was a lot and for sure have something for everyone. Staff was friendly and attentive, allowed me to try a couple flavors of the Italian Ice before I settled on my pick. I will be back

I hope I just went on an off day for them. Service was very slow for ice cream at about 1:30 in the afternoon. I was a little disappointed in the milk shakes, for $6.25 I expected at least whipped cream, but none was offered so I guess that is not standard. I will try them again as I have heard great things about this place.

TJ’s ice cream is delicious. My family loves it and my friends love it. The service is great and the people are nice. My favorite flavor of ice cream they have is the Coffee Oreo in a Waffle Cone. They also can make milkshakes with any flavor. This place is very 5 star worthy.

Took the family for some ice cream. Set my milkshake (which was not made as ordered) on their janky napkin station which consisted of a tray precariously balanced on a narrow wall next to the ice cream. Well, it all came tumbling to the floor, including my milkshake. They came out and cleaned it up, so they definitely earned the generous tip I left. However, I have never seen a situation where the shop did not offer a remake of the product. Especially in this situation where their Costa Rican-style napkin station was to blame, but even when the customer is seemingly at fault: I have never not known a vendor to offer to replace a dropped ice cream.
