We go here on the regular, I have never had bad food here & the staff is always friendly and helpful. This will forever be Lot-a-burger to me and I know why they had to change the name. I would have done the same thing and kudos to the owner for sticking up for themselves. I had my fries with a bit of chili and cheese this time loved it.

I usually love this place and I do not like to complain, but from going to my favorite burger spot to a spot I will now avoid I feel like my opinion needs to be shared. The positives of this place is usually its a good sized burger and usually tastes good. This past trip I took I got a double cheeseburger with no pickles or mustard. My food came with pickles on it, and my bun was soggy, every time I go my bun is soaking wet. I usually get tator tots and those are always great but this time I got fries, and it was so nasty like they had been sitting there for hours, I have worked in the food industry forever now (4 years lol) and I can tell when something was made and not made correctly. OVERALL I used to love this place and I would love to keep coming back and will give it another try soon, I don’t expect this to be read but I really just needed to rant, because spending $26 for food that was over seasoned (BY ALOT), soggy and nasty, was definitely not worth it.

This was by far the best fast food I hav3 eaten in ages and I loved their fried pickles with the burger it just set the whole thing off I also recommend the children’s chicken nuggets they are so good just like McDonald’s also they have hands down the best friend onion rings you can find. Its worth the wait. They get busy!

Nice hometown burger place. I had worked late, so I treated us to a burger and fries comparable to Whataburger or Lotaburger. It was close to closing time, so very quiet the short time it took for the order to be prepared.

The best burgers in Bartlesville. Friendly staff, always clean, and the food comes out hot and quick. Very well ran restaurant. This owner knows what he is doing and cares about the customer.

my drink wasn’t half full in one small drink it was gone. my husband got a vanilla milk shake that tasted only of milk and liquidly. the fries were almost nonexistent. my sons kids meal toy is supposed to be a key chain without a chain. plus he is two and its so small I cant even give it to him because it is a choke hazard. The lady was slow. I was nothing but nice. we had to wait so long I almost drove away for her to initially get to the drive through door in the first place. In all I will not be going back. I paid over 30 dollars for a meal to not even get what is the equivalent of a small thing of fries. Plus receive part of a toy that could potentially kill my son.

Editing my review to 5 starts!! The old chicken sandwiches are back and the onion rings are by far the best I’ve EVER had in my life. Whoever fried the onion rings on Jan 28 around 6:30pm…. Let it be known that they were absolutely PERFECT

I ordered a Mini double cheeseburger meal. The fries were ok. The drink was pure syrup and the burger was basically like eating jerky. Incredibly overcooked. It took an excessive amount of time to come out also. I can’t recommend this restaurant.
