Finally dined in at Tito’s Taquitos and I’m honestly mad it took me this long. Everything was top tier — from the colorful, vibey decor to the genuinely kind servers. The whole place just feels welcoming.
The margaritas were simple but outstanding. Not overly sweet, super refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
We ordered the fried chayote and it completely surprised me. If you’ve never had chayote, it’s a mild, slightly crisp squash — and fried like this it was golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and lightly seasoned so you could actually taste it. It had that perfect soft-but-not-mushy texture with a delicate flavor that made it seriously addictive.
And the braised beef taquitos? Omg. Crispy, packed with tender beef and potatoes, made fresh to order — yet everything still came out fast (which as a mom, I appreciate deeply).
Highly recommend for date night, girls night, or a casual dinner. So good. Definitely adding this to our rotation. ✨

We visited this place for lunch and wait time was around 10 minutes. We ordered Shrimp Taco, Chorizo Taco, Chilaquiles with chicken and rojos (red chilli sauce) and Tres Leches cake for dessert. The tacos were so flavorful and so delicious. The shrimp was so fresh. The Chilaquiles with Rojos was definitely spicy but tasty. Also their Tres Leches cake is a must try. I liked how all the ingredients were fresh and how colourful the food looked. The service was fast and the servers were very kind to us. Overall it was a nice experience. They also have good breakfast options.

We love this place for dinner and just tried their brunch and it was excellent! Pork taco was delicious with the freshly made tortilla. My boyfriend got the chepo cakes and I ended up eating a lot of them before they were so good. Great texture and different from regular pancakes. The chilaquiles were nice and crunchy and they give you a large portion. What I love most about coming here is their salsas. They are actually spicy!!! They’re not only spicy though, they have great flavor.
They were pretty busy when we showed up. They said a 30 minute wait but it was only 10 minutes which was nice. Staff is always friendly and we didn’t wait long for our food to come out.

Food: 2/10 (Taquito-loving partner rated 8/10)
Service: 6/10
Atmo: 9/10
I got instant indigestion, which I only get from leftover potatoes or too much bacon fat. So, that kinda ruined it for me. The beef was pretty flavorless, the pork was better but not a winner, either. It was my first time having potato Taquitos vs meat inside and I’ll never do that again. They were SO DRY and really needed salsa or something to dip them in. The extra side of sour cream was the only way I got through the two I ate.
We waited about ten minutes to get seated and another 15 for our order to be taken (even though we decided right away, having plenty of time in line to review and choose.) Service just seemed really slow for how many front staff were there. The kitchen wasn’t slow as the food came out fast.
I just wouldn’t recommend or go back based on how sick I feel OMWH.

Went here for brunch and got the sweet cakes, chilaquiles, and chorizo con huevos. Beaverton really needed another cozy brunch spot and this is it! They were pretty busy so it took a while to get our food, but the staff were super friendly and kept their cool.

Came here during week night. Had some delicious taquitos. I previously had their sirloin tacos when they were in the truck which are great as well. Seasoning on all of their items is good. Their habanero salsa is fire. Service was great and food was priced well. Come check them out at their new location.

I am overjoyed this place exists! The food is amazing, and all the taquitos come with various delicious toppings. We will definitely be visiting again!

New place, impeccable service, excellent ambiance, well prepared food. Definitely try the taquitos with the three house made sauces. The fish taco was delicious, especially the sauce. The brownie dessert is excellent. The aqua with tamarind was delicious, if a little faint on the flavor.
I really appreciated the filtered water and helpful wait staff.
Small place, probably a wait around popular times.

Amazing food, great service, and a calm atmosphere. After visiting both locations, this one takes the cake. Wait times were low, and servings were large especially for the price you pay (see picture). Highly recommend the Tamarind ribs and ribs-eye taco as well as the Taquitos.

Had the fish tacos last night and a glass of the house white wine. First impression upon walking in, Smiles and a welcoming vibe! Everyone that works there seemed genuinely to love being there which made me want to come in and check it out. Then I learned the food is all organic! I’m already sold just on the customer service, but then the food came. Best taco I’ve ever had!! Had low expectations for a house wine but you know what? It was also amazing! I forgot to ask the name but luckily I live a block away Definitely making it a regular stop!! Even if you live 10 miles away, definitely worth the trip!
