Visited this local store in town on Friday. It was incredibly busy, so a bit of patience was needed while waiting for our order. The staff were juggling two to three phone calls a minute—it’s clear they have a tough job. Despite the rush, the person at the front was very kind and helpful with my order. Since I chose to wait inside, they prioritized my pizza, and it turned out exactly how I expected. Great experience overall—highly recommend this place! Plus, the prices are cheaper compared to other stores. Kudos to the team!

It almost feels wild to say this, but here it is: this might be the best chain pizza location I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been back more than 10 times, so I’m not saying that lightly.
The pizza? Consistently spectacular—crispy where it should be, gooey cheese, fresh toppings, and packed with flavour. And the crust? Oh man—the crust is brushed with this magical garlic sauce that somehow makes you look forward to eating every last bite. No crusts left behind. Ever.
But the real surprise? The wings. I can’t stop ordering them. Some of the best wings I’ve had in the area —hands down. Perfectly sauced, juicy, and seriously addictive. I’ll go back for the wings alone—and you absolutely should too.
The crew at this Tito’s is something else. Fast, efficient, and you can tell everyone is giving it 1000%. It’s rare to see that kind of hustle and pride in a chain location, and it makes all the difference.

If you want to be disrespected and receive the worst behaviour then this is the place for you. The manager is so rude. I called to order pizza I wanted to confirm the location of the store so I asked him the location of the store. He replied “check online we can’t give you the location” first I was surprised and asked him I’m ordering food and I don’t want to order in the wrong location and end up in a different store. The manager said “it’s your problem”. They have no respect for their customers, and then hung up my call. Very rude and disrespectful.

Ravi and his staff treated us to an exceptional experience when we decided to treat all of our students to a pizza party after their recital. The food was ready on time, hot and delicious, and their calculations for how much pizza we needed for our event was perfect. The price was excellent, and the staff were, as always, courteous, helpful and easy to work with. Titos has also participated in the Annual Pizza Night in St. Marys in support of the United Way. So, they are very community-minded as well.

Great tasting pizza. Their “deluxe” isn’t really deluxe with only 3 toppings. The toppings were a little scarce, too. Could use more. I also don’t like it when an establishment doesn’t ring in the sale. Was this an exception or the rule? Good late hours till 10pm.
