Tito’s is one of the few “good” options in Nogales. The food is okay—nothing particularly special. However, the service is extremely slow. It took forever to get our drink orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. We ordered a pizza, a Caesar salad, and some wings. The wings took so long to come out that we were nearly finished with the pizza by the time they arrived. While the service and food aren’t the greatest, the atmosphere makes up for it. The patio area is spacious, with plenty of seating and TVs, making it a great spot to hang out. Definitely recommend sitting outside.

I recommend nobody visits Tito’s until they find another cook or replace the one that apparently left. This is the second time I have been there in 2 weeks and both times we had to wait over an hour to get our food. The food continues to taste great, but it’s annoying when the kids get the food, finish eating while you annd your wife are still waiting for your plate. For some reason, in both my visits, my wife eventually got her food, and by the time I get my plate my entire family is done with their food.
Please let us know when the kitchen is under control because I am not going back until this is fixed. Other issue is, although the service is horrible, the automatic tip options are all 20% or more. I was planning to tip only 15% because it is not the server’s fault, but having to tip 20% adds insult to injury.

I went to Tito’s Italian Eatery and ordered a margarita pizza with pepperoni. When I got the bill, I noticed they had added a low-carb charge. I never asked for that, and I honestly didn’t even know it was an option on their menu.
I told the waitress, but she insisted that I had asked for it. She went to speak with the owner, and when she came back, she told me they would not remove the charge because “that’s what she understood.” Even worse, she said that if I wanted my money back, it would have to come out of her paycheck.
This is not how a customer should be treated. Mistakes happen, but instead of fixing it, they made me feel like I was at fault and then tried to guilt me into paying for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing experience, and I don’t plan to return.

A little hard to locate once you get to the area. But once there, it’s a treat. Outside dining was very comfortable, except that the music was a bit too loud. It would have been nice if it were lower so you can hear the water feature.
I had the Ciopino (pronounced Chopino). You can’t go wrong with this if you love seafood.

The food was good but I’d say the pizza was the best of what we tried. The atmosphere is fun and the outdoor seating area is really great with lots of lights and decorations.

Tito’s Pizza is a must-try! The pizza is amazing, with a perfectly crisp crust and fresh toppings. Service is attentive and friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended for a casual, delicious meal!

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite being the only ones there, we waited over an hour for our food, and even then, it didn’t arrive all at once. This meant we all ate at different times, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food itself was bland and lacked flavor. The staff didn’t seem concerned about the delays or make any effort to address the situation. With no clear explanation for the poor service, this visit fell far short of expectations.
