Unfortunately not what it used to be. After moving back to the area I decided to try Tito’s again. Pizza was not cut through, or evenly. Pizza is centre loaded heavily, the store has the same uncleaned hockey card machine from when I was a kid, so I can’t imagine how the kitchen looks. I was told dips were in my box and they weren’t, when I called to check the employee said I should have grabbed them and hung up. What fun experience I paid 33 dollars for. Definitely not what you remember. Save your time and go to Dominos.

So on a whym, we decided to try Tito’s Pizza, we called for a meatlovers while we were driving to pick it up. The owner is a wonderful, happy person with fantastic customer service. This hidden gem in the mids of our community is a must try!!! Within maybe 8 minutes calling they had the pizza ready for us with big smiles. Definitely recommend it to anyone that loves pizza!!!

I’m from Windsor Ontario(which is famous for pizza). We were in the Cambridge area visiting family and stopped here to eat. The staff was friendly. The pizza was very good considering it’s not from Windsor!

Been coming to this store for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the pizza is consistent and great. Not to mention the quick service and amazing price. Definitely one of my favourite places in Cambridge, especially since it’s only a block away from my house and I have fond memories of going there with friends and family growing up.

After having our food delivered I called to complain that they burnt our panzerottis. They refused to believe us and were justifying that it was purposefully that way and they put them back in to fully cook them. They clearly remembered that they burned them but didn’t want to admit to it. Also no Marinara sauce was included, which has always been included when getting panzerottis from the Tito’s in New Hamburg

I went to get a slice on this wonderful Sunday around 6pm. What a disturbing scene I walked into, the man who served me got my slice and before sliding it in the bag he cut it in half, the wrong way.. I couldn’t believe my eyes.. I didn’t even ask for it get cut.. the disrespect to this slice of pie has been disgraced.. flavour over all meh…

Pizza is good and order cause it is in our neighbourhood. Deliver driver is extremely rude and very disrespectful every time. I almost never want to order delivery from them again. Called and complained to owner. If the delivery guy doesn’t want his job then he should quit instead of bullying the customers.
