I must say this place has excellent food. I’ve ordered several times before. (Taco pizza, cheese pizza and wings etc) Always good. Today I picked up a sicilian pizza with xtra cheese, pepperoni, green pepper, and onion. And 24 hot wings. The pizza had alot of cheese just the way I like it. The crust was delicious. The wings are always great. They are big and not breaded like some other places. Excellent price for what you get. My whole family loved it. Also, the gentleman that runs the place is super nice. Thanks!!

In my ongoing quest for decent pizza, we stopped in and ordered pepperoni and 1/2 sausage and onions. Very polite service. I have tried most all the pizzas around here and this was by far the best! Can’t wait to try some other things on the menu! Thanks Tito’s! I’ll be back!

I ordered delivery from Titos for the first time this evening. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and an order of fries. First and most importantly, the delivery driver was SO kind. I left instructions for the food to be left on my porch. My kids won’t go out to get deliveries unless the driver is gone. So the man walks up and places the food on a table on my porch (I was watching through my camera system). Then he walked away. He immediately came back and knocked. I said “thank you, please leave it there” through the camera. I think he may have been hard of hearing. He picked the food back up and got in his car. I called Titos and explained what happened. They called the driver and relayed to me that he took it back because we didnt come to the door and he was concerned that the stray cats (I live in Martinsburg. There are SO many of them!) would get into the food and eat it. I told them to just leave it. Someone would be out to get it as soon as he left. He brought it back and placed it on one of our rocking chairs and hid it with pillows!!! So freaking cute! I can’t believe this man cared that much about those cats not getting our food. It really touched my heart. Not many people care about anyone outside of their circle of people. But this man genuinely did. The subs were made exactly as I ordered them. The website doesn’t have pickles as an option. But I wrote “please add pickles if you have them” in the notes section, and they did!!!! They were piping hot and delicious. The fries were okay. They were hot on arrival. Standard sub shop fries. One order was more than enough for two people. All in all ordering from Titos was a great experience and we will order again!! A big thanks to the kind delivery driver!!!!! You’re too sweet!

This was the 1st time we’ve ever ordered from Tito’s and we will not be ordering again. Very disappointed with everything we ordered. The bacon cheese fries had hardly any toppings on it. The cheese pizza was disheveled and did not taste very good. The manicotti tasted like school cafeteria food. We reached out to the restaurant and were denied any kind of refund. Over $50 for the food we received is crazy. Very disappointed.

My experience with a delivery order yesterday was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient. As I was sick and exhausted I decided to place an order for delivery I received the wrong order I received these nasty hard tameles instead of my yuca order I called them and the guy I spoke to asked me if I didn’t like tameles why didn’t I keep them for one what I ordered costs more money then the tameles and they were all nasty and hard and it’s just not what I ordered. So basically he tells me that I would have to bring in the tameles to get my order remade so I told them at that point I just want everything refunded they refused to refund me even if I brought EVERYTHING I ordered back plus I’m 5-7 minutes away they could easily remade my order and brought it to me but instead I had to drive late all sick to return the tameles and wait another 15 minutes to get my order remade… all they offered me was a free soda like that’s just crazy too me this isn’t the first time this has happened either but food here isn’t even that good to be honest so I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Please, please, PLEASE, do not go here, no matter how good people say it is. The spaghetti? It tastes like school lunch. The pizza? Same case. Go somewhere like Anthony’s if you want good Italian food.

I called in an order to pick up, and the guy taking the order was very nice, helpful, didn’t rush me through the order & was very accommodating. I am upset that I ordered the white veggie pizza, but there was no garlic butter base, which was in the description, so this made the pizza very plain. He told me when I placed the order that he was out of spinach, so he allowed me to add chicken, so that was helpful. The pizza was hot and fresh, but it just wasn’t very tasty at all. The broccoli was literally a little bit of cut-up stems (no florets at all). The chicken needed to be seasoned because all it did was add another flavorless item to the pizza. The mac&cheese bites were small & overpriced but tasted fine. To top all of that off, I got charged $1 for 1 small ranch & was told it’s $1 because the sauce cups cost a lot. My advice would be to change where you get your merch from if you have to overcharge like that.

So I ordered queso dip and chips and pizza the pizza was good but this is how my queso came a lot of hard chips and barley any queso dip maybe 20% full I called them after their store driver dropped it off and he said he got new containers for the dip and that it is how it is supposed to be so I paid for this pictures speak for them selves this is how it looked when I opened it I will never order from them again this is the biggest rip off

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve tried their pizza, subs, tamales, pupusas, wings, and so much more!! The guy at the counter is always so sweet, and the food is always delicious!!
