Update OCTOBER 19, 2016 Chips & Salsa Yep, Tito’s Mexican Grill is open. They have been for about a week at 10300 Shannon Hills Road.

We went here when they first opened for dinner. It was okay, great for the location considering not another restaurant for a few miles, but not good enough for us to drive there once we moved out of Shannon hills. Had to go into town for something around lunch time and thought “great their open! I’ll get something quick in the drive through!” The whole way home something smelled sour. Got home to eat my steak fajita, ate about a fourth of the funny tasting food and decided I didn’t want to get sick, threw it all away. I don’t know if it’s just because it was lunch time or if they have gone soft after opening night but we will never be going back to this place. Oh and my chips tasted of old stale chips that were cooked in old oil. Maybe they just don’t get enough business to keep things going, Shannon hills is small…
