Our food was absolutely ruined!! We’ve had this restaurant before and it was amazing! We ordered all of our steaks med rare and all tasted burnt and over cooked! The eggplant parmesan had the melted plastic from the lid to the point it was completely inedible. This was a $325 order absolutely ridiculous!! Then the out tried to say it was our fault because we didn’t pick up quick enough we left our house as soon as the order was placed!! Never going back again! Dog had to eat the steaks so it didn’t get wasted!!

We went to have an early dinner and I really surprised that New Iberia has this Italian gem❤️ Tito the owner was nice and friendly and he walks around to be sure everyone is good. They also has a good wine. I order the veal piccata an was really testy

Had a bday dinner for someone here and was a bit disappointed.
Firstly, I was told if any guest didn’t show there would be a 5 dollar fee per head which is the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life. I figure it is a small restaurant so I guess.. whatever. But it kind of felt like they didn’t want me to reserve a table?
Secondly, a lot of our utensils were dirty with hard food caked on them and there was rust in all the salt shakers.
Thirdly, the restaurant felt quite warm.
And lastly, the food was just not good. The shrimp seemed like it was out of those great value bags which there is warning that seafood is imported so who knows, the chicken seemed pre cut from a frozen bag or perhaps canned chicken and nothing was seasoned. The meals even looked bland.

I am thoroughly impressed with this establishment. We dine there with our family regularly and place orders for takeout at least three times a month. The food is consistently excellent, and the Tour of Italy is one of our favorite dishes.
Their pizzas are expertly prepared, and I particularly enjoy their cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce.
The owner, Mr. Tito, is exceptionally kind and has a remarkable team. I highly recommend this establishment and would gladly give it more than five stars.

I was thinking about ordering take out again from here and was hoping things had improved. From the other reviews since it wouldn’t be a wise decision. From reading the reviews my overall take away is that the food is sub par, the management has a bad attitude and the service is hit or miss. Sounds like new iberia really wanted this establishment too succeed. I know I did. Good Italian food around the corner would be so awesome. It seems the management and owners have a genuine disdain for the the people who wanting to see them succeed and grow. Sadly, with the poor attitude of the management none of the needed improvements for success are possible. They are set up for failure. Looks like more cheap chinese buffet takeaway. At least I know what I am getting and dont feel foolish for giving my money to someone who has no respect. That would be a handout.

My husband and I chose to visit Tito’s to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday and it did not disappoint! The service was great and so was the food. The atmosphere felt like we weren’t even in New Iberia. Started with the calamari, the hubds got the New York Cheese pizza and I had the pasta sampler. Everything was so good!

Delicious Italian food here, I got the Tour of Italy, which includes, lasagna, chicken parmigiana and Alfredo. It was a great way to taste multiple dishes and I have to say it was all very good, so cheesy and saucy . The Alfredo was the best, that sauce was amazing and perfect flavor. The red sauces were ok, also the bread was a little hard but all in all a great dinner here. Will definitely come again ! Yum!! The cheesecake mousse dessert was mediocre

I got the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine Alfredo, the chicken was awesome and so was the fettuccine which was so flavorful.my bf got the spaghetti and meatballs which was yummy, he only wishes the meatballs were packing a bit more flavor. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond and the ambience of the place was very nice and classy. Would definitely recommend

This Italian spot is one of my go-to favorites! I always get the cheesy garlic bread—it’s thin like a flatbread pizza and so good, especially dipped in the Alfredo sauce. I also love the vodka pasta with chicken—always rich, flavorful, and cooked just right. The vibe is cozy and dim, perfect for a relaxing meal, and the service is consistently great. Definitely a place I keep coming back to!

Called to see how much notice they may need for a family size order of Chicken Fettuccine and they were able to make it to order on a Sunday night which was wonderful. The young man on the phone was so polite. But YALL this pan of pasta we received was AMAZING and a huge portion for $50 including bread and salad. It fed my family of 5 all large servings, and we have leftovers! This is my first experience with Tito’s and now we’re all looking forward to dining in!
