This place has delicious food. I got a basic two item plate with enchiladas, rice, and beans. They also serve three different hot sauces, and I liked every one of them. Everything was so delicious. I decided to get myself some tamales to take home for tomorrow. I will be back

Quality food, beautifully presented, at a modest price. I love supporting this standalone restaurant that has been here for ages, and is part of Ashland’s history.

Here’s a place with a long history. Been around since the 1950’s. Inside is a nice setting and the service is outstanding. Food was good with a large selection of dishes. Chips and salsa good too. Large drink selection. Would definitely come back.

This restaurant has been around for years and still has a loyal following. I liked the 3 flavors of salsa they bring with your chips, large menu selection, and homemade authentic flavors in the food. Not like chain Mexican, which is good. I had the surf and turf enchiladas, which had shrimp and shredded beef combined with a tasty green sauce that had a hint of garlic. My husband had chimichangas and asked for the house special spicy sauce, which he enjoyed. Prices aren’t bad, many dishes around $15-$18 for a lot of food, and top shelf margaritas for $9.50.

My wife enjoyed fish plate and I had the Chicken Tostada Salad (pictured). Took a Steak Burrito home for my son, but he didn’t care for it.

I keep in given Titos a chance with the food but I’m not sure if it’s my kind of taste or doesn’t feel as authentic Mexican food to me. I’m sure others like it, this is my opinion. I definitely enjoy the drinks, they make good Cadillacs, margaritas and Pina coladas. There is a small parking lot available but can be hard to get out.

Amazingly fresh, consistently yummy food that will never disappoint, and with perfect margaritas to wash them down. Been coming here for over 40 years. Hi Mike!
