Fantastic customer service! From the second I walked in I was presented with the upmost friendly service as if I was treated like family! It felt like home in there and the food is incredible! I’m back 2nd day in a row and absolutely could give 100 stars! The cooks are wonderful at what they do! I will be eating here weekly! Thank you!

Tastes as good as my ACTUAL tita’s food so this place gets all the stars ⭐️. Had the huli huli chicken. Soooo ‘ono! great relaxed ambience, with plants, island jams and… it’s NOT tacky inside some “Hawaiian” places have the tackiest decor but this place doesn’t. It is relaxed and friendly with great plate lunch options. They do mac salad right! Mahalo Nui – I wish I found this place earlier it’s so ‘ono

I love Hawaiian food but tried the teriyaki plate and the chicken tasted like duck and the siracha sauce was definitely not siracha sauce. The labeled bottles were refilled with some cheaper sauce that I did not like and the combination of the two ruined my appetite and decided not to go back to that place. Hopefully they get it right, maybe one day I will give it another try because I know sometimes they have good and bad days, but come on guys why put a different sauce in a bottle labeled siracha sauce? To save money and increase profits? I get it but people are not that dumb, well some are but still it’s bad business.

If you liked Ron’s, you’ll LOVE Tita’s. This is the best Island food you’ll find in the Eugene/Springfield area and there are additional locations coming soon. The owners and staff are unmatched and you’re likely to see some familiar faces. Their version of the plate lunch blows everyone else out of the water in every way. Price, portion, quality and enjoyability. Try it all. They have the best teriyaki chicken but you’ll find so many other fusion flavors that you’ll definitely want to branch out. Like it spicy? They’ve got that. Picky kids? No problem. Finish with the pineapple soft serve that will get you over till your next Disneyland Dole Whip.

This place is soooo good. The quality, the owner is super friendly and the food is just as good. We got the rincon beef with chimchurri topping and then the kahala chicken. Ended it with their dole whip special. We will be back

Haven’t eaten much Hawaiian food but this place was phenomenal. The guy up front helped us choose which item we should get. And the whole time he was very friendly and making small talk. After we got our food and tried it, it was life changing. Then to top off our experience, he got us a small sample of dole whip before we left. Will definitely be coming back!

I Loved their Piñanada . It’s Sweet & Spicy Non Dairy Dessert, Similar to a Pineapple Sorbet. Topped with Chamoy & Tajin. Gluten Free
And its only $6.75!
I would pay $15.00!!!

Wonderful staff! I’m definitely coming back for more of the loaded waffle fries–the gochujang sauce on the Moa Lolo Fries has absolutely incredible flavor, but make sure you can handle the heat. The Piñadada
(pineapple ice cream, chamoy and tajín) was a unique and refreshing dessert.

We’ve eaten here multiple times since they opened a week ago and have yet to be disappointed. Service is excellent, food is a hit with our teenagers, frozen Dole whip and spicier version are so yummy, and they were happy to deal with my diet restrictions. Their spicy Moa Lolo fries are so good. The Saigon Beef is delicious! Our kids love Spam and were happy to see it on the menu. I cannot recommend Tita’s enough!
I have read a few reviews that people are upset that the previous owners sold, but you’re not giving things a fair shake, and have obviously not run a restaurant before. I’ll continue to patronize Tita’s. My family loves it and the service we received.
