This is such a nice and cozy black owned establishment. The food is good homemade meals made right in the kitchen (that you can see being made), and the staff are lovely. They’ll converse with you, let you have samples of drinks and food at times, and be attentive to all of their customers. The inside is well designed with a lot of pink, so it’s glamorous for small photo ops if you want as well. They’re doing an amazing thing here.

I absolutely love this place and I’m a frequent visitor! The drinks are always on point and never disappoint. The greens and cornbread are some of my favorites full of flavor and always cooked just right. Every time I come, the food and drinks are consistent and the atmosphere is great. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m in the mood for good food and good vibes. Highly recommend! ️

We had to wait because they were catering an event but it was worth the wait. We were given free taste of drinks for waiting. I had the boudin, Mac n cheese and collard greens that were full of meat. Very good food in a very cozy environment.

Needed an above average coctail and food location that was close to us. Found this place and checked the reviews quickly. Do Not let the location fool you the food and drinks were amazing! I had a chocolate old fashioned and my daughter had a frozen Happy hour special and they were both amazing! We had the boudain, gumbo, short rib, greens and Mac and cheese. Everything was good! I really wanted to stay and go through some more of their drinks. Bottom line great service, great quality and great food. Maybe not the Instagram destination but well above an average experience AND I understand they make drinks to go! What!!!?? Must try location in Houston.

Called in to order and the lady was so pleasant and welcoming I had to try the food. My families creole that raised me so I love gumbo and boy did it deliver! Shrimp were huge flavor is immaculate and it arrived fast! Even got vodka soaked gummy bears which I am going to try next Im sure they will be excellent too! Cant wait to go in person and meet this welcoming crew delivering top notch cajun cuisine.

Wonderful customer service. The owner was excited about the food and she should be because it was amazing. I ordered the red beans and rice with the smoke boudin both were excellent. She let me sample the drinks and they were phenomenal as well. I loved her energy and the food and the environment exuded that! Thank you for a wonderful experience I will definitely come back.
