The food was alright I feel like it could of had more flavor but the margaritas were terrible I don’t know what kind of tequila they used but it was horrible we didn’t even finish ours it was a waste of money for drinks we didn’t even drink it was our first time trying it and I was a little disappointed

The service was great! The drinks were good and the food was delicious for the affordable price. I like how you can customize how many tacos you want based on your mood and how hungry you are! Highly recommend

The waitress was new but nice, ordered a blended margarita it arrived with a bug in it, it happens the door was wide open and the drinks sat for awhile. Was advised they could replace with a frozen pina colada which was tasty after adding water to drink it, it was so frozen you couldn’t drink it with a straw. The worst part was the tacos the street taco, pork with cilantro and onions looked and tasted like a day or two old chicken, the dom taco that was supposed to be filet with a chimi churi sauce was more sauce than anything that all you could taste, dry tortillas yuck. The best thing was the chips and salsa. The waitress tried to take the drink off although not expected the manager told her she couldn’t. Third and last time here

Decided to try out the “Tipsy Taco – Clemson” at Hartwell Village in Seneca, SC and we were not disappointed. Luckily not to crowded most likely because many students gone for Thanksgiving break.

Our server was Dyllon F and he was excellent. Given it was our first time here, he was able to make recommendations and help us make decisions on the extensive taco selections. He was very attentive and provided outstanding service.

For dinner we had the tipsy trio but only had the guacamole and queso. The guacamole was very good but asked Dyllon to bring us chopped jalapeños for a kick! Very tasty. We had four tacos. The El Grande Taco, the Al Pastor Taco, the Philly Filet taco and the GVL Steak taco. They were all delicious but the GVL Steak taco and Philly filet taco was our favorite. We also ordered the Filet Mignon Quesadilla and the Filet Mignon Fajitas for two. Very filling and had some to take home. For fun we tried the street corn on the cob. Really flavorful. I recommend you try that as well.

For drinks we had the Blood Orange Martini and a Pint Tipsy Rita!

Restaurant has a lot of seating and a bar as well.

Overall great service and good Mexican food.

Not bad but not great.

We started off with drinks which were pretty good. We were surprised to hear that this Mexican restaurant did not offer complimentary chips and salsa but I guess they assume the college students can afford it.

We ordered the chips and they were pretty good. The guacamole was fresh, the salsa had a kick to it, and the queso came in abundance.

I ordered their El Grande Taco and was not impressed. It was an overpriced taco reminiscent of Taco Bell. The rice and beans were also not included (for any of our entrees) and the rice was severely undercooked. The beans were bland.

I liked that they had table side hot sauce as my mediocre meal needed it.

Overall, Tipsy Taco isn’t bad, per se, but there are so many better options in the area I would suggest checking those out first.

It’s hard to give tipsy taco in Clemson a 4 star review instead of a 5 because the service is always great. The atmosphere is great. The only thing is that the food is not consistent. One visit, it’s fabulous the next visit. It’s mediocre. on this particular visit. The chicken was a little bit chewy but the steak fajitas were fabulous. Drinks are always fabulous and again, service and atmosphere are always fun. I love this place even if the food isn’t as consistent as I’d like it to be.

Dinner was horrible!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE FOOD TASTE TERRIBLE. Why anyone would eat at this place is beyond me. Close the bar; the drinks are as nasty as the food. I returned many items and I expressed my disappointment. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. I want a REFUND!!! $60 is far too expensive for food of this low quality and bland taste.

Dj was such a great server, he made sure our food was out in such a timely manner and was ready to go and hot. Jack the bartender made our drinks up to par and was great himself. I will definitely be coming back!

The food is really good, but definitely not a place I go to if I am really hungry. The portions are quite small and I sometimes leave still feeling hungry. Service is pretty hit or miss, you may or may not get a refill when you need it. Overall, I keep coming back, so definitely worth a try if you’ve never been.

Our waiter (Delsin) was super nice! Fantastic service…he was great!

Whoever was running the music was going through it, though…it was 90% sad love songs. Chin up, king.
