We decided to go here for Christmas dinner and glad we did! The lobster bisq was full of lobster, the turkey dinner was to die for while my aunt and wife had the prime rib and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The service was next level, the chef brought us our meals and it was just the perfect meal for the holidays. No dishes was a bonus lol

First time here for a birthday brunch. 8 of us. As we were placing drink orders, we were told no separate checks(strike #1). Then I had to keep asking for coffee refills (strike#2)….and it was only our table and another table of 2. We asked for a mgr to see about splitting the check. They said the most they could was 4 checks. We thought 8 of us = 4 couples and we were good with that. When the checks arrived, it was evenly divided by 4 and a 20% gratuity. One of the persons said no, this wouldn’t work because her bill was higher because she had several cocktails and didn’t expect the rest of the group to pay for her drinks. Ariana, the mgr, was very nice and red the checks again. It was a fiasco. We were told their computer system couldn’t split checks. Are you kidding me?!! It took us as long to pay ou checks as it did to place our orders and eat!!! Kudos to Ariana, but the restaurant needs to get a new system fir their orders. Never had I been told that a restaurant couldn’t split a check!!!

Located in the Hotel Zaza..the Tipping Point was a nice way to celebrate an early Valentine’s. Their food was tasty and excellent portions(not too big not too small). We loved their Aquachile appetizer, surf &turf, and chocolate decadence cake. The drinks were delicious too. As far as seating you can sit at the bar, at a booth, table indoors, or outdoors by the pool. On certain nights they have live music. Overall we had a really great night.

Stayed at Hotel ZaZa and the food was top tier. Ordered the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with Mashed Potatoe, Green Beans. The Salmon, and The Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Everything was yummy. The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned, and was juicy. The cocktails were delish, and on Saturday night they had a live band, nice relaxing touch to dinner.

Nancy was our server and we had an amazing experience both nights we stayed at hotel Zaza. She remembered our drink preferences and made sure we had a great time. 10/10 recommend!

Thanksgiving menu was a fiasco. Cold, overcooked turkey and sides. Same for the pork option. Desserts were just blah. Very disappointing dinning experience.

Ambiance is great, I loved the design, furniture etc, very ‘European’. But food is overpriced and we had to wait a lot to get it, and restaurant was almost empty. Service was a bit annoying. They brought us a check even though we haven’t asked for it, and again, it’s not like restaurant is full and there are people to be seated so they are trying to rush us. No, it was empty and they still brought us a check.

Always good food and food service here. See the same friendly faces each time I stay at the hotel and eat here.

The atmosphere is nice and calm.. however it was a little cold in the restaurant considering it is winter and about 45 degrees outside they should make the inside temperature a little more comfortable. I ordered the deviled egg w/o caviar and it was okay… nothing to write home about.. I also ordered the Caesar salad and that was underwhelming.. it was drenched in dressing and the romaine lettuce weren’t as crisp as they should be. I’m staying at Hotel Zaza which is attached to the restaurant but I won’t be ordering anything else unfortunately.

The Tipping Point is the perfect name for this restaurant because you’ll reach your tipping point after the poor service and mediocre food. We waited one hour for the food and they forgot our appetizer so that came 20 min after the entrees. The calamari was gray in color and had zero taste. The other food was just ok and that’s after eating when hungry (everything tastes good when you’re hungry). The soft drinks were awful..you take one sip and opt for water instead awful. The service was poor and overall experience was disappointing. My family and I will never return and I do not recommend anyone waste their time. There are other restaurants in the same parking lot so I would recommend those (Guadalajara and Circos) if you want to eat and leave happy
