It took 15 minutes before anyone showed up to get us drinks and another 5 minutes until they came back to take our order. The food was Average. Will I ever be back, probably not. There were only two other people eating. Price wise it wasn’t two bad for two people. Really just didn’t like the place from the beginning. I’ve traveled by this place for years and never once stopped to eat. Once our waitress brought our food that I didn’t order, she actually started paying attention to us and made sure we had things we needed.

Ordered the burrito split with shredded chicken. The flavors were amazing! Chicken was moist, and they gave a generous portion of sour cream and guacamole.
Also ordered the chicken chimichanga. It was filled with melted cheese and came with rice and beans and a generous serving of sour cream and guacamole.
Their salsa is unique with a sweet, garlic flavor with a hint of heat. I couldn’t put the chips down! I highly recommend it!
Our server, Tiffany, was super sweet and on top of refills.

Check your order carefully if you’re getting takeout. My order had two mistakes, even though the server repeated it back correctly. Afterward, they blamed poor phone quality, which doesn’t make sense given the correct repeat. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking, and the food itself was subpar.

It has been a long time since I have eaten here and I have to say they have stepped up their game! Chips were the perfect toasty crispy and salsa was really good. Had an enchilada with a taco and while the taco shell was a bit tough (looked home fried) it was all good. I’m super picky about my rice and I even liked that. I’m not in Pauls Valley often but would definitely go again! My waitress was friendly and efficient too!

We tried Tio’s as we passed through Paul’s Valley. Mrs. Flip Out had their Santa Fe enchiladas and enjoyed it, as did Littlest Flip Out. Little Flip Out enjoyed his kid’s taco. I had the Tio’s Trio with a taco and 2 enchiladas and I liked the taco.

Absolutely love love this place Gabby is the bartender go down there and see her she makes the best drinks in town the food is amazing the atmosphere is amazing the drinks are off the chain oh my goodness not going to lie at all you literally walk in and you feel like you’re at home everybody knows everybody and it’s a small town Mexican restaurant

I came to eat for my lunch break, I was seated quickly. The staff was VERY fast and attentive at getting my drinks and food out, & my waitress (Emma) made sure I had everything I needed. I dont go out often, but this definitely put Tios on my top 3 list of places to go locally. Wonderful experience, will definitely be back.
