Came in with my party of 8 at 9:10pm and was informed they could not service our party because the grill was already broken down and they were closing early. It would have been nice to update their website about early close. Won’t go back. Only 1 time to make a first impression and I was not impressed.

The service was good, but it took awhile to get our food. The food was good but we could’ve got more ketchup. Their atmosphere was good and they had good channels on their TV’s. They had a really cool way to see if you were old enough to drink. Overal it was pretty good.

Nice restaurant but absolutely horrible service and food. Me and my wife got each a $10 plate and drinks and our 2 grandkids split a plate of chicken nuggets and our grand daughter got a plate of refried beans and tortillas and our bills was $75!!! My wifes food was cold, tea was sour. Asked for a receipt and wasnt itemized just old school type in and whatever it comes out to is what your paying. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last place in Paragould. It was no wander why there were only 2 more parties in the entire place at 6pm on a week day. If you want good Mexican good head to either Avacados and Casa Brava, believe me I wish I did. Lesson learned.

Quite honestly the music was way too loud to enjoy the food due to the anxiety it caused by enhancing everyone else’s conversations. When a booth on the other side of the restaurant was requested for medical necessity they placed us in a corner booth surrounded by other people instead of the empty side of the restaurant. Not that there were a lot of people only about 8 booths and like three families on the patios. However with schizophrenic paranoia and anxiety paranoia there was reason for the request to sit on the other side of the restaurant. It then took almost twenty minutes to get our two simple dishes out with very few check ins from staff on what was going on or to refill drinks or salsa. At least half of the staff we did encounter acted and smelled as if they hadn’t been home to shower in a few days minimum and they were tired or just simply did not want to do their jobs. This was to be a nice romantic date with my spouse. The first one since our daughter had been born three years ago and was instead too stressful for either of us due to the noise and inconsideration for medical needs.

I wouldn’t know about how the food would have been today, because I joined my party a couple of minutes late and then sat there for half an hour while they got their food and ate and no one ever took my order. The waiter repeatedly walked out of the kitchen, made eye contact with me, and turned around and went back. Never returned to the table. When I called him over (I literally had to yell across the restaurant) and told him that I’d waited half an hour and now I had to leave without eating, he never even apologized. Asked if I wanted a menu, and I said that no, I had to leave at this point. So he just peeled off our ticket and walked away.

went during lunch hours one day. can’t remember our waiter’s name, but he was very attentive and awesome at his job!! the food was great as well, fresh and delicious! not to mention, very reasonably priced!

We went Tios yesterday with my 92 yr old father in law for his BD. The music was blaring loudly!! All the fans were going at top speed!! The server taking care of us acted as though we ruined his day by coming in. We asked to have the fans turned off over our table, because not only were they making us cold, they would have cooled our food instantly. I had to ask twice. We asked to have the music turned down. We had to ask twice. The server clearly hoped if he ignored our questions the first time, they would be dropped. The food was all “pale”. The refried beans were “soupy”. I order enchiladas and my meal arrived only very slightly warm. My husband and I will not be going to Tios again.

The food and service were great! Their salsa tasted very fresh and was seasoned perfect. I ordered the Alex special, a mixture of chicken and shrimp with queso, bell pepper, rice, and other items. It was very tasty! Their margaritas are fantastic! Must try one. I was weary at first as they are in a machine but they make them homemade.
