I challenge you to find better Brisket and Ribs anywhere in North NJ! This guy puts so much love into everything. Tenderness, smokiness, the rub’s flavor, different types of wood depending on the meat, 6 HOMEMADE custom sauces = CHECK. Long line = Check. Get there early (2:00 PM) to ensure you get some food before they run out and save time because these guys take their time to really give each guest their attention.
Brisket: 110% awesome!
Ribs: 100% awesome!
Chicken Wings 85% (non-spicy version):Standard carrier for awesome sauce. 1/2 Ib = 4 Wings
Pulled Pork: 80% (Juicy and a bit smokey).
Lemonade: 100%!
Mac & Cheese: 70% Typical
Homemade Sauces: 110%!

We had Hery and crew cater an event for us this past weekend and to say that everything was AMAZING would be an understatement.
Firstly, the food was the best BBQ I’ve ever had, by far! This man has won awards for his brisket and pulled pork and I can see why. This is not mass market BBQ, this food is made with love and care. We had brisket, pulled pork, wings, turkey breast, cornbread, Mac and cheese, and Rice. All fantastic.
Second, the service was amazing. Hery helped set everything up, sliced up the brisket fresh, and made sure that we had everything we needed.
We will definitely be using him for future events and I can say with complete confidence you should as well!

I can’t stop thinking about that amazing brisket. All the food was delicious, but that was outstanding. The event I was at was catered and we got there late, but the service was excellent, letting me and my husband know what everything was and details about it (such as the spice levels of the wings). We all ate VERY well yesterday.

Easily one of the greatest meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. You can taste the love, the dedication, the passion. I had the rack of ribs, the Mac and cheese and of course the corn bread with the lemonade. Best of the best!! You’ll want a second plate for sure TRUST ME!

This mans. More like legend food is is down right phenomenal. The time, dedication, patience and love he puts in to his weekly diverse meals reflects on every bite. The smell as you’re pulling up for pick is enchanting and inviting. Now lets talk about when you open your plate, The portions are monumental, definitely enough for 2 to enjoy, but trust when i say you will not want to share. And to wash this all down his remarkable fresh made juices Oh Em Gee. Definitely recommend well worth hour drive for me. MUST TRY!!!

We exoerienced Tio’s while they were providing food at the NJ BeerCo. The food was outstanding! Coleslaw was phenomenal with Sriracha and mango. The ribs were unbelievable…everything exceeded expectations. And their staff was fantastic and friendly. Check. Them. Out!

My friends and I hired Tio Rozay’s to cater a party we were having this weekend for about 40 people. Not only was the food absolutely incredible, but they made sure everything was set up properly, fried the wings fresh on site, and just made sure everyone was 100% satisfied with their meal.
