The shop was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. All the ingredients were thoroughly managed and kept fresh, so I felt very confident about the quality.
I really loved that I could choose the ingredients myself and customize my ice cream. It was also fun to watch the staff make it right in front of my eyes on the cold plate.
The prices were much more affordable than other rolled ice cream shops, which was a big plus.
I will definitely come back again next time

The ice cream rolls are custom made to order depending on the flavor, mix in and toppings you choose. We had the coffee rolls with cheesecake and graham crackers. They were delicious!
The staff is very friendly, patient (as they waited while we chose all our toppings) and talented in making those perfect rolls!

Second time coming to Tito Land, and I have to say I love everything about this place. As soon as you walk in, the workers make you feel super welcomed — it really gives small family-business vibes. The place is always clean, the menu has so many cute options, and everything looks freshly made.
Last night I got rolled ice cream and mini pancakes and they were so good. My order was messed up at first, but the guy fixed it right away and apologized — no attitude, just great customer service.
Overall, Tito Land has officially become my late-night treat spot. I love the vibe, the service, and the sweets. ✨

This is a great dessert spot! We tried the crepes, the espresso with gelato, and the rolled ice cream, and everything was so good. What sets this place apart is the great customer service. We will definitely be coming back!

One of my absolute favorite little sweet spots. They’re open later than the other shops in the area which is great for that after dinner sweet tooth and everything on their menu is freshly made.
They usually have one employee working the night shift, so you may have a bit of a wait because everything is made in front of you. But it’s 100% worth it.
They have waffles, mini pancakes and crepes in addition to the rolled ice cream and everything we’ve had has been equally good. Homemade whipped cream adds to every item.

Such a fun dessert spot! Tinto Land Ice Cream makes fresh rolled ice cream right in front of you, and watching them prepare it by hand on the cold plate is half the experience. The ice cream is made on demand, super fresh, and tastes amazing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great place to bring kids or just stop by for a unique treat. Highly recommend if you want something different from regular ice cream. Wish I had taken few pictures to post. Will go back just to post some pictures.
