I left a tip before I had my food. Nice little shop and appreciate what they are doing, however waited 28 minutes for a take out order of 2 sandwich’s. #1 and #3 on the menu. I do believe the staff who was working was doing all they could do, even offered an extra frozen coffee taste test. If I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest the owners/managers who were present, not have a meeting coffee break during a busy time and get to work. Our meal was done sitting in the counter for ten minutes before they gave it to us.

I am so excited for this new spot in Kingston. The coffee is EXCELLENT!! So good – strong and flavorful – just delicious. The pastries are also the bomb. Harry – the young man in charge was super friendly and helpful – all around just a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!!! Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast.

I had been here a few times for their scones, which until today, had been excellent: fresh and generously sized. I did not mind paying the premium price for them as they were worth it, especially for an occasional indulgence. Today when I went in a half hour after they opened, I bought two cheddar chive scones for $14 including tax. VERY expensive. But made even worse when I bit into one and it was completely stale. Scones do not hold well, are best freshly made, and these were very obviously held over from the previous day. Unacceptable for what they charge for them.

WOW. I’m blown away by the quality of the coffee served. My latte was strong and smooth as can be. The food was reasonably priced which is refreshing to see. Muffin was outstanding and the scone was tasty, too. Cute place— we’ll be back!

Great coffee, probably the best in the area! And good choices for breakfast or brunch. Will be visiting often!

I recently stopped by to try a coffee and found the pricing to be quite high. I ordered an iced lavender coffee with regular milk, which came out to $7.00—very expensive! They charged an additional $1.00 just to add syrup, which felt excessive, especially since I could barely taste the flavor.
While I understand they’ve just opened and there’s often a learning curve, I hope they take customer feedback into account and consider adjusting their prices. There’s still plenty of opportunity for improvement, and I’m hopeful they’ll make changes as they settle in.

Great coffee—as good as any in the region—and everything on the menu is really good too, from breakfast sandwiches to croissants. I attach a photo from the back area.

I instantly fell in love with the new coffee shop in Kingston. An unpretentious, cozy old-time atmosphere supported by a friendly young man who served us was a welcome discovery for me. Had a great chat with a friend and will return with my husband who will adore the “real” scones, not angling for size but authentic flavor. Tried the savory one and then the blueberry muffing (and did not step on the scale the next morning. The choice of muffins was too tempting. I’m not a coffee drinker but was pleased with my choice of English tea. The scent of coffee in the room was tempting as was the back outside seating when the temps and humidity drop down a bit. Will return to enjoy some of the other more robust dishes.

Went during the soft opening, and even with the limited menu, had a delicious order of ricotta toast and an incredible mocha latte!!
The gentleman behind the counter was helpful, warm and friendly, and was a well when I returned a few days later. Looking forward to breakfast there tomorrow!!
