Came here twice, once for dinner and then we came the next morning for brunch and it was a lovely experience both times. Loved the farm to table local ingredients utilized in the menu. Their wine list was extensive as well. Both times that my boyfriend and I came, we didn’t have a reservation and thankfully they were able to give us a table with no wait time. The only reasons this place gets a star off is because the squash appetizer was underwhelming, and because my scallions entree came with some substitutions that I was not made aware of prior to ordering. Perhaps if I had known about these changes I would have ordered differently, even though the dish was fine anyways. Otherwise, a great experience.

That grilled salmon is so goooood! Crispy on one side and the skin side punches your nose with its tasty grease smell! The mix of white rice and wild rice gives layers of texture.

The soda and chia pudding are okay. The slice of orange doesn’t seem really fresh. Maybe better with lime or grapefruit.

Their steak isn’t tender and a bit hard to cut them chew. Shirley temple is a good opening for your meal though.

We absolutely lived our dinner here. Had reservations for a Friday night. Waitress was excellent. Sequencing of courses was perfect. Menu was the right size. We had been here when it was called Duo and loved it… like the website said, it’s only in a name.

Visiting Brattleboro from NYC by way of Wilmington, VT. Read great reviews and the menu looked interesting. The food was beyond fantastic. Started with a cocktail – Green Street Sling, and two appetizers: Pork Belly and the Tater Tots. Both were great. Highly recommend the Pork Belly. I’m usually not a fan of lentils but it gave a great texture balance to the savory pork belly. I chose special of the night, the Faroe Island Salmon with shaved asparagus, asparagus pesto, edamame, on cavatelli. Crispy skin too! My husband got the Duck Confit. Meat was so tender and the roasted root vegetables were delicious. Beautifully plated and served with fantastic hospitality. We’ll be traveling back those 40 mins from Wilmington next time we’re up for another one of these meals.

In town visiting from Denver. We have Duo (also had Olivea) in Denver. What are the odds. This place is great! Food, service, ambience, drink selections…everything. Eat here you won’t be disappointed.

The food was well prepared and served at prefect intervals (ordered apps entree and dessert). The staff is all very friendly and I even saw familiar faces working in the kitchen through the open concept setup. The entire experience was very personal and yet spacious enough for my date and I to enjoy the romantic spark. Highly recommended, prices are high but everything in my experience validated why.

Nice food with great service! The food portions are big and make for a perfect brunch! We sat at the window table and it offers nice view outside.

Very cool restaurant vibe. Nice menu, but the food was not much better than what we could make ourselves and definitely did not live up to the price. Service was friendly, and food came out at a good pace. Overall, food was fine but we would not go back for the price.

This place was FANTASTIC. We went to the lounge on a Friday night where they had live jazz, and their cocktail menu was really interesting and inventive. Then we went to brunch there the next day and the whole time could not stop talking about how incredibly good the food is as we were trying to eat it. I will definitely be back!
