Stopped in unknowingly being Rock on the Block night. Bar inside, bar outside, and another for the crowd. Tin Cap is definitely more than just Ciders. They have a nice selection of brews and wine.
The apps were really good, the pretzels came with a good amount of garlic butter and enough for dipping, but that queso is tasty.
Had a wrap and two tacos, they weren’t the star of the show the service was.. You order at the bar, and return when you get a text it’s ready .. Which I could barely get to my seat before it was ready, awesome very polite and friendly service. I’ll definitely come back out was such a fun place.

I ordered the Pit Boss sandwich which was described as brisket with apple slaw and onion straws. Maybe it’s my mistake in thinking at a BBQ place the brisket would be SMOKED, but I don’t think it was, it was barely cooked and looked straight out of a crock pot. There wasn’t much much of it, and what little there was was overwhelmed by the wet, cold slaw. Not an experience I would like to repeat.

I thought I took 2 pictures. But only have the one. Because picture is worth more than words especially bad words. Everybody who got brisket got 30%-40% fat. I know brisket fat. Please look closely 2 pieces, see the fat. After the fat peeled off meat was very dry and could barely bite through. Bar area was the only good thing about my only visit here. To me a brisket should be juicy tender and pull apart easy. Their meat was none of this. Food you had to walk up and order like fast food places. They would call out name or text your phone when done. Go up and get your food.

My son and I were in town and yelp stated that this place was there best bbq in town. The website show brisket and sausages on the menu, but when we arrived brisket had been marked off the menu.
We both ordered the Mac daddy thinking it was a sandwich or a plate. It was nothing but Mac and cheese which tasted just like kfc’s and the bbq was extremely dry. This place is a joke that wouldn’t know good bbq if it slapped them

My son and I went in for lunch the other day and got to talk to one of the owners who waited on us. She was very friendly and very helpful. I’m sorry that i didn’t catch her name.
We ordered and in less than 5 minutes our food was on the table. The food was fantastic. I got the brisket nachos which were very flavorful and the brisket just melted in your mouth.
She said that they are trying to grow their lunch business. You should give this a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Cute spot with good selection of ciders (on tap!). We enjoyed the upstairs seating area, and all the board games in that seating area. Lots of outdoor seating.
Menu is somewhat limited, but has good “bar basics.” I had the pretzels, which were delicious.
Music not too loud- another bonus. Service was friendly. (No table service- we ordered at the bar in the front area).

Omgosh let me tell you the food here is so delicious!! I ordered 3 different options. I knew I couldn’t eat them all but definitely will have lunch tomorrow too with leftovers. I just got a coke to drink today but my first time going I did have the Ciders and A mixed drink. It was all Phenomenal! The food is outstanding the brisket Quesadilla is my favorite!! The fried bologna sandwich so good too and the Pretzel rods with queso so good! If you’re in the area you definitely have to stop by.

This is one of the coolest places in Wilmington Ohio! They have amazing food. A lot of people think it’s only cider, which is really good by the way but they have a full bar and domestic beers! They have a live venue plus they put on a lot of different events!
They even have an outdoor fire pit! If you want a great place to stop and relax have a drink and get your belly full It’s definitely a place you should stop and check out!

Great spot in downtown Wilmington. Open mic on Wednesdays 7-9 was a lot of fun. George, the host, was brilliant. Cool atmosphere, I liked the layout. They were happy to change the TV channel so we could watch our team play basketball. The staff were very friendly and they give you samples of any of the drinks you would like. A very good selection of craft beers and of course they are famous for their cider. Really good food, too, that won’t break the bank.
