There is a little GEM in Galva, Kansas. You can call ahead and pick up via their drive-thru or dine-in. There are plenty of tables and a cozy loft area with couches and even more tables. It is even large enough to hold small meetings. The ambiance here is really cozy, and everyone was so very nice! The menu is filled with different coffee drinks and smoothies and canned pop. There’s also a small market where you can find frozen foods, fresh coffee beans, and more. I ended up ordering the turkey bacon avocado croissant sandwich with a side salad and a diet coke. The croissant was flaky and toasted. There was a generous amount of turkey, the avocado tasted fresh, and the bacon hit the spot. The salad was so tasty. It had candied almond pieces, fresh greens, and cranberries. For dessert, I had a blueberry streusel. They will ask you if you’d like it warmed up. I opted for it, and it was perfect. You need to try the tin roof pantry. It’s definitely worth the trip!

The catering that is offered is fantastic. My company uses tin roof often to cater our events. Joni is very responsive and easy to work with and the food selection is great. Most recently we had them cater a multi day training event at the underground salt mine in Hutchinson. The food arrived hot and on time every day. All the attendees loved the food. Definitely try the bierocks they’re fantastic!

Great food, friendly staff, great location! They had very big shoes to fill when Nancy retired, but they’ve done a pretty good job! It’s worth driving out of town to buy their delicious food stuff!!

This is one cool Coffee shop! Mennonites run it! And, boy do they run a tight ship! Got all kinds of stuff! Clothes for kids. Material to sew and make your own! Homemade soaps which I dig cause it doesn’t have parabens and all types of other cancer causing chemicals in it! Chapsticks. Lady does massages there. Food supplies. Cheeses. Pies. Books. Of course raw coffee beans. Coffee you can just sit and chill and visit. Really a one stop shop on a myriad of items
