The atmosphere was pretty nice for a casino. Clean and friendly. Food was alright. It wasn’t bad. Just didn’t have much flavor. But the ribeye was cooked as requested. The philly cheesesteak was dry. Our server, Sam, was fantastic though!

The service is absolutely terrible. The host told us a fifteen minute wait. He forgot about us and was seating people that were just walking up. We sat for 30 minutes before our waitress finally came to get our order and our drinks sat on the bar for 20 minutes before she grabbed them. People who sat down after we ordered were getting their food well before us.

Went to Tin Lizard about 1:15 on Sun Feb 1st. Was disappointed at the limited menu. We were told the full menu was not available until 5. I didn’t see anywhere that this was posted so kinds caught us off guard. The mushroom swiss burger I got was undercooked and for the most part tasteless. Wanted to try the pizza but wasn’t interested in staying there for 4 more hours to give it a try. Might be back, might not.

I’d say a little over half of the time you don’t get what you order. Tonight I ordered a “Kansas Hot Chicken” Sandwich, which is advertised as being on a brioche bun, having cayenne hot sauce, and pickled slaw. The first time it came out the only thing accurate is that it contained chicken. I politely sent it back asking “isn’t it supposed to have stuff on it”. The polite bar tender took it and it came back with cabbage slapped on top of it. I sent it back again and ordered the sliders which I’m currently waiting on.
This place changes the menu too often. You get what you order about half of the time. The wait times can often exceed over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged by the staff (not the bartenders fault, they have been under staffed for a while). Lastly the quality seems to be degrading every passing year.
*Update: The sliders weren’t too bad.
*Update 2: Apparently the chicken is cooked in the “sauce” according to the manager who had to fix the ticket. I figured they’d say that so before I sent it back, I broke off a piece of it and it did not taste like it had any flavor other than overused, old grease

Came in ordered Philly sandwich with tots a pizza a couple Modellos.. Something happened that slowed the kitchen down no fault of their just a buffet of food had been ordered we waited it was explained what had happened paid for drinks and come back about 30 or 40 minutes later re ordered daughters pizza she said was pretty good tots and Philly was better than I had expected cause last time I ate here it was not as good as this one managers were great!verry nice and courteous.

What an absolute pleasant surprise this place was! Stopped at the hotel for the night (traveling from LA to CO). Was planning to eat at the steakhouse in the casino but it was closed the whole day. Went to the Tin Lizard thinking we would end up eating burgers or wings. There menu had plenty of good looking plates. Our food was absolutely delicious!!! Top quality! Cooked beautifully! My salad was even amazing! Staff was awesome too.

Food has gone down hill in the last month. Used to enjoy eating here but not sure I’ll be back. Last week had the tenderloin special, it was way overcooked and tough.. Spouse’s entire meal of burger and fries was cold. Now tonight the chicken addition to the salad was 4 small pieces. Manager says that’s right, 4 ounces! It was more like 1 ounce. Manager was smug and dismissive, but gave a discount of .76! Sad as this restaurant had improved over the last year, but now going back down hill.
