We tried to have lunch on a Monday. The hostess (?) seemed inconvenienced by us. We had to sit next to two loud patrons because there were so many dirty tables. We waited over 15 minutes to get a drink. The food was terrible and not what we ordered. There were flies constantly buzzing over us. While Jeremiah was a very friendly and excellent server, we will never come back to eat or gamble. Pathetic.

Place wasn’t busy and we were seated immediately. Our server (Sara) was very personable. The three of us ordered and split the parmesean garlic fries and pretzel appetizers, both were good. Two ordered the grilled cheese burger (pictured in review) with cole slaw and the other person ordered the bbq onion ring burger. Everyone left satisfied and full! Would visit again if in the area.

My wife and I opted for the Tin Lizard as an option with river views. The views from the booths in the restaurant are nice. The food was really good! I enjoyed my fish and chips a lot and my wife had grilled cheese and tomato soup and loved it! My one complaint–and it has almost nothing to do with the restaurant–is that a lady at the bar chose to conduct a full-volume FaceTime for like 15 minutes.

Was recently in town and stopped by twice to eat at Tin Lizard. This is about the 1st time. We sat at the bar which actually has a very lovely set up. It looked great. The restaurant was very clean and we got seated immediately. The waitress seemed pretty checked out, I think she was busy doing other things because we didn’t see her much and waited 20 minutes for a refill. And she just seemed like she wasn’t in the mood. The food came out super quick! It was AMAZING! We ordered a Pepsi, Diet Pepsi with Grenadine. The Artichoke Spinach Dip (It was so good I couldn’t get a pic before we started in on it!) A BBQ Pizza, and the Grilled Cheese with Tomato soup. Every single thing we ordered tasted AMAZING! Which is why we went back before we left town. Lol. The music and atmosphere was great too and my partner was able to watch the game at the bar. It’s been nearly 2 years since our last visit. But it’s still a clean, great looking establishment with some really REALLY good food!

The service tends to be really slow. Sat at the bar & waited at least 5 minutes before being greeted. It was the third this happened as a visitor. Glad the steakhouse opened & gives visitors another option. Tin Lizard has nice views & set up but I won’t be dining their for a long time. It’s such a let down.

Arrived 3 minutes early, door was open and walked in due to another person walking in before us. Waiter was going to seat us, possibly manager came out and said we had to leave and go back out the door due to them not being open. Mind you it was 1057 and their door should have been locked. She was rude and our first time ever going here. Definitely will not go back if this is how you treat your customers.
