Had to wait a long time. I was there around five. There were two customers. I ordered take out, but pulled over to the parking lot to eat before I drove home. The Crunchy Fried dumplings were limp and soggy, like they sat on a tray under a heat lamp for hours. Not crunchy, not even crispy. Fried rice was not the one I ordered; I would have eaten (I think it was pork belly) it if it was good but it was wet and soggy and had such a bizarre flavor, super sweet. I had two bites. I hate to waste food but I threw it out, although I actually considered bringing it home, rinsing it off in strainer and stir frying with soy, hoisin, sesame oil and white pepper but I decided the rice already absorbed that flavor. Don’t most chains have standard recipes that are actually good? Either the recipe sucked or the cook was improvising. Lemongrass wings were “Wok fried” according to menu and I thought they would be the saving grace, but were flabby and gross. And I’m not a picky eater, I’ll even at gas stations…I can’t remember when I’ve had food this bad. Over 23 dollars for 1 dumpling, 2 bites of fried rice and 1 partially eaten chicken wing. I came home and toasted a bagel for dinner.

Came here for the first time and the food and boba is really great! We had sesame chicken, the Mongolian bowl, milk tea boba, and a mango refresher with ice cream. Great service and they gave us a free drink for next time since it’s Chinese NY! Very kind workers and Booja served us and was very friendly and helpful.

Not gonna lie, this is the best food in town!! Please, please Five stars hands-down. The spices are just right, the seasoning not too strong, and the noodles are steamed to perfection and the portion size is very generous for what you are paying for. All in all am very No satisfied and will be back. It’s definitely worth the drive even though I live in a whole different county now, but when you factor in the price of the food, the taste of the food, the convenience of the food ( fast made to order ) and the manager, Trina who is very accommodating And so gracious it just makes you feel like you are a valued guest.

Highly recommend. Food is, of course, delicious, but what sets this location apart is their superb customer service. I enjoy going to this Tin Drum because I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Pooja is friendly and helpful with any questions and usually remembers your order.

I stopped by here to get some dinner to go and wasn’t disappointed. I had a steak dish with rice – it was well prepared and tasty. I especially liked the sesame seeds in the rice.

I went to eat here couple days ago! Amazing food. I loved it and will deff. be back soon! A lovely young lady named Veronica made the right choice. I asked what she loved to eat and, wow!! I was amazed at how great the food tasted. 10/10. Veronica also greeted me as i walked in the door and made it pleasant to eat there. It was a busy time and everyone around seemed happy!

Absolutely phenomenal!! The customer service was above and beyond, I placed a 16+ meal online order and the food was hot and ready within the hour (early). They helped me go through and label all of my items and helped me bring everything to my car. They were so kind and I felt so taken care of. I can’t remember the last time I had customer service like this. On top of everything the food was delicious!

Tasty wings, fried rice, and the best boba drinks. I usually go for takeout, but the atmosphere looks fine for dining in too. The staff is always friendly — Pooja, in particular, is wonderful and makes you feel genuinely welcome. I give the service 5 stars just for her.
