I may have found my new favorite restaurant here. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly, I was looking for someplace new and fun to go for my birthday and I definitely found it here. Upon finding out it was my birthday the friendly staff gave me and my family a fried cheesecake, definitely will be coming back!

Had lunch here and the atmosphere was pleasant with nice decor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. The flavors were bland, oddly seasoned, and overly salty. It felt like there was no real attention to taste or balance.
They could really benefit from benchmarking against other Chinese restaurants and seriously reconsidering their recipes. With a menu overhaul, this place could have potential, but for now, the food just misses the mark.

The fries were very good. the cream cheese spring roll was good. always wanted to try one of those. they have a lot of options for stir fry noodles, different flavors of wings, lot of tea options. I got the chicken wings boneless. they were okay. I wish they were a little bit more crispy. they are kind of rubbery. the sauce was good.

Their fried chicken is better than Max’s Chicken. Iykyk. The Thai basil ginger was mid. Service was good!
I definitely recommended their fried chicken.

I recently dined here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the sesame chicken stir-fry with fried rice, and it was a letdown. The rice was gummy and overly wet, making it unappetizing. The stir fry was hot and fresh but the vegetable roll I tried was swimming in grease, which made it almost inedible. There was no flavor in the food at all and everything just tasted bland all around.
To make matters worse, I ordered a Blue Hawaiian mock tail, and it took the server an eternity to bring it to my table. While the atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, the service left much to be desired. The staff’s attitudes were not friendly, and the tables were not clean at all.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. There are better options out there for a pleasant dining experience.

This place is a joke. The food is supposed to be Asian-inspired, but it tastes like bland cafeteria food with a random soy sauce packet thrown in. Nothing authentic about it. The boba tea? Absolutely awful—watery, flavorless, and the tapioca pearls were either too hard or completely mushy. Not worth the money or the time. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere that actually knows how to make Asian food.

I love ramen, so from ordering this today is absolutely the worst ramen I have ever had even the pot stickers are disappointing. Pork so hard it breaks into pieces like bacon, no flower to the broth, eggs overcooked. Added pizza peppers to spice it up… absolutely disgusting and so very disappointing. Order this today wouldn’t ever even give it a second go if I came to visit again

Pooler Tin Drum is under new management, and you can really taste the difference. The previous management was hit or miss, but now the food is consistently delicious and high quality. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciate that there are plenty of great options for me here. The new management is also a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about the restaurant and his customers. Definitely worth visiting again – I’m excited to see where they take it!

Pork got burnt so bad, portions were super super small, egg is not seasoned, was edible.
Second dish crispy rice noodles were stale, lo mein was very blend and vinegary.
Fries is just like average fries but no catchup,
manager in the kitchen with no hats as well as some other employees.
I’ve been so many Asian kitchens, so far this one is the worst, Over Priced. Flavor is below average, and bare minimum customer’s service.
You can get better , healthier , cheaper at Panda Express for 40bucks.

I placed an online pickup order this evening for 2 ramen bowls and 2 kids chicken/rice bowls at 4:30pm and scheduled the pick up time for 5:30pm. I arrived at the Pooler,GA location at 5:28pm, and my food was not ready. I waited another 30 minutes inside the restaurant at a table. Then I got home only to find that my food was not prepared properly and even had a portion of the protein missing that I paid extra for. I ordered the shaved angus steak and the grilled chicken as the protein. The chicken was completely missing and the steak that was placed in my bowls were chunky, old looking, and tasted disgusting. We actually scooped the steak out and threw it in the trash. I am EXTREMELY unhappy as this was my families dinner for the night. After paying over $50.00 for this meal, this was RIDICULOUS and completely unacceptable. The last thing this mans wanted to do after working all day, was waste money and have to cook a separate meal.
