Sir Wolf was hilarious at our table, Miss Tina was super nice and punctual, Timsan HIMSELF was cooking a table next to ours (I didn’t expect the man himself to be putting in work, amazing!) And overall a great experience! Bunch of tricks and jokes to be enjoyed, 10/10 would recommend (Oh and the sushi SPECTACULAR)

My boyfriend and I went for dinner at Timsan’s later in the evening on a Wednesday. We ended up at a hibachi table to ourselves and it was super fun, great conversation with the chef, and food was amazing as always. We got the Timsan’s Special for Two and it was excellent! I definitely recommend Timsan’s if you’re in the Green Bay area and looking for a delicious hibachi meal and fun experience!

I love this place. Very quaint. It’s not huge so you don’t have the background noise of ppl trying to talk over each other. The staff is very friendly and great service. We had Wolf (short for Wolfram) as our chef. Felt like he was a life long friend. He was excellent and very very personable. Can’t wait to go back.

Have been here a few times. I was very sad to hear they support ICE and this administration. I looked into it farther in hopes I was wrong or simply misinformed. Unfortunately, I found the owner was incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional regarding politics both on social media and on their business reviews. I can’t support a business that is owned by someone who watches a person blatantly murdered in the street and blames them with their whole heart.

I’ve never had hibachi, so I didn’t know that even with a reservation you get put in a table with other people. There are about 5 hibachi grill tables total in the facility, so they could hire more cooks to provide social distancing. At the time we went in, there were only 2 cooks and both tables were packed. No one was wearing masks, not even the staff. Bf and I kept our masks on until they started serving the food anyway. We don’t eat sea food so we asked if we could substitute for a meat in our meal. We were told yes, but not that there was a $4 charge. It would have been nice to know. Only gave 2 stars because the cook did a great job. For the price (and save some money), I’d rather go to sushi lovers and for the experience I’d rather go to Hu Hot.

Excellent service! You know it’s good when the owner will cook for you Appreciated seeing one in an establishment locally owned. We went for my daughter’s birthday and they made her feel very special while also letting Mom and Dad relax and enjoy. Such a fun time. We also really enjoyed the food. Some of the best scallops around and my husband said the steak melted in his mouth. Hope we can come back soon!
